Additionally, they can carry it digitally on their cell phones or print it out,” said Weimar Pazos, head of the Office of Information and Communication Technology of the Ministry of Health.
The characteristics of the certificate include a downloadable digital format that can also be printed, it has a QR code for verification, it is free, it is available in Spanish and English, and it does not have an expiration date.
