TRANSFERS 

The Foundation may carry out, without your consent, transfer of your personal Identification, Contact, Financial, Patrimonial, Academic, Health and / or Labor data when any of the cases provided for in article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data occurs. in the possession of the Individuals (hereinafter the “Law”). Otherwise sensu, if the assumptions of article 37 of the Law are not applicable, the Foundation may transfer your personal Identification, Contact, Financial, Patrimonial, Academic, Health and / or Labor data provided that you previously obtain your consent from you . ARCO RIGHTS

The Holders of the Personal Data or their legal representatives may exercise the ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation or opposition), presenting a written document signed by the Holder (hereinafter the “ARCO Request”), at the following address : Avenida Paseo de las Palmas No. 781, Floor 03, Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec III Sección, CP 11000, Miguel Hidalgo Delegation, in Mexico City.

The ARCO application must include:

(i) The full name of the Holder, (ii) a clear and precise description of the Personal Data in respect of which you will exercise the ARCO rights, (iii) as well as identify and / or specify which right (s) ARCO wants to exercise and (iv) the address or other means to communicate the response to your request.

In order for the Foundation to verify your identity, you must accompany the ARCO Application with a copy and the original of your current Official Identification for a comparison and in case it is presented by legal representative, the identity and personality must be accredited from the last batch.
