WHO made a classification of terms and concepts associated with Digital Health to differentiate the needs that exist in institutions, medical staff and patients. In this way, it is intended to strengthen and unify health systems to organize their functions and improve their effectiveness based on the following categories:

• Intervention for health providers
• Intervention for the administration of systems and resources
• Intervention for information systems
