A report made by the Broadband Commission, collected information on the panorama that is lived in middle-income countries regarding their adherence to Digital Health tools and new technologies aimed at improving the care of public health systems.

The following report proposes dialogue with governments and thus, implement solutions and public policies that provide equal access through an optimal infrastructure that covers all regions of each country.
