Users can access primary care services through a mobile application 24 hours a day, every day of the week. In addition, they can schedule remote or face-to-face appointments, up to a day before.

However, the acquisition of the company by Amazon still requires the approval of the company's shareholders. If closed, it would be the largest acquisition by Amazon in terms of health care services.
