GSMA issued a report related to the scenarios lived in isolated and low-income regions, regarding their contact with Digital Health and its technological components to improve people's quality of life.

The study shows the challenges and advances that the new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have offered, in addition to the chances of success for the possible joining of efforts between mobile technology companies and public health institutes.
