Platform created to monitor COVID-19 symptoms in México

Mexican startup Diagnostikare, developed a web platform for smartphones for COVID-19 self-assessment.

Diagnostikare a Mexican Digital Health company founded in 2018, developed a mobile web platform to help detect COVID-19symptoms and learn about potential contagions.

It is a self-assessment tool of symptoms, based on WHO and Health Secretariat protocols. The platform is updated constantly and has statistic reports available everyday

The questionnaire has questions about the user's symptoms or discomfort over the past few days and an algorithm will assess the probability of risk of COVID-19 not only taking into account the symptoms but the user profile, as well as their previous exposure.

If the result indicates low risk, prevention indications and recommendations will be provided. However, if the result is suspicious, the user will be told what steps to take, and you can then schedule remote advice with one of Domestikare's doctors.

Rafael López, General Director of Diagnostikare explained that: “It seemed critical for us to support the current situation, so we developed this online tool to make it available to the general public, offering quality guidance without having to go out to find a doctor and for free."

As mentioned, at the moment the platform only works on cell phones and you can access it at through the following link:
