Philips introduced two new digital solutions for HealthSuite, a suite of cloud-based IT tools to improve healthcare.
Philips introduced two new integrated health informatics solutions to improve continuous patient care at HIMSS 21: Flow Capacity Suite and Acute Care Telehealth. A cloud-based tool and another specialized in telemedicine.
“During HIMSS21, we highlighted our commitment to helping healthcare organizations embark on this new era of connected care and showcased our integrated IT solutions that help customers drive improvements in the quality and efficiency of care throughout the process. ”, explained Roy Jakobs business leader of Phillips Connected Care.
Through Flow Capacity Suite, Philips seeks to be a support to health personnel through tools that improve the coordination of medical care. It is a cloud-based logistics application, which also seeks to combine patient knowledge and the necessary resources to optimize the provision of services in appropriate environments.
Acute Care Telehealth, on the other hand, is an ideal solution to support health systems to start digitalization in the provision of services, introducing telemedicine. It is a flexible platform, for centralized or decentralized models, depending on the scheme of the health systems and organizations.
“Continuing to embrace this digital transformation will help health systems thrive, while ensuring patients remain at the center of care,” explained Jakobs.
Philips has prepared a virtual environment for the HIMSS 21 conferences so that attendees can learn about the new solutions in detail. You can access this virtual platform at the following link: https://v-liveexperience.com/healthinformaticsexperience/. It will be available until spring 2022.
