Open LMIS facilitates the exchange of medical information

Data collection platforms are the largest digital tool on which the health sector is supported in its various branches; in order to expanding their reach, systems, services and how they relate to their patients.

Open LMIS ( Logistics Management Information System ) is a Digital Health tool dedicated to storing, managing and exchanging data with other information systems using advanced technology within the cloud.

Previously, the necessary data and information collection of data and information for the provision of essential health products was done manually in low-income countries, even though the method is still in use; technology makes each and every data exchange process easier.

Digitizing these techniques reduces human errors in numerical counts, and additionally provides greater accuracy in the reports used to make medical decisions and thus save users time and money.

The distribution of such information allows all public health systems to be connected through interoperability. This allows compatibility with each other and allows the user to see it where they are.

Thus, the patient experience will have an improvement, as it will become an active part of the medical care and focused on the treatments; with the security that these information exchange systems offer by protecting confidentiality.

This new variant allows to optimize times through a system, provides planning facilities, administration with the goal of organizing or collecting a clinical picture effectively and in real time.
