Santo Domingo published Health Services Information and Statistics Repository (RIESS)

Dominican Republic’s capital updates its data base according to evaluations made to health centers in the city to assess mechanisms and improve quality results in public health services.

The possibility to share information about public health services and the processes they use to create solutions to people’s needs, is an advantage to have a clear view of the daily life at health centers and their service quality.

The National Health Service developed a public space in Santo Domingo, for any person that wants information about health field advances.

RIESS is a portal that shows detailed information about requested studies made by any of the Digital Health schemes.

Thanks to ICTs, the health field have achieved an efficient interaction with the patients by presenting immediate and real time actions in order to storage, organize, update, and spread information about public health systems.
