The Official Medical Certificate (CMO) may be obtained digitally within the entire country to be able to formalize procedures and requirements by citizens.
In order to validate the procedures that the citizen performs, doctors must issue the corresponding certificate via the internet in digital format. The document will have to be signed by the director of the Health Center in which it is made and will be added to the patient's file.
When the patient seeks to obtain a Non-Contributory Invalidity Pension, the Argentine Ministry of Health establishes as an obligation the use of official Medical Certificates digitally by provincial public hospitals and with this seeks to be able to give official character to the application.
This new modality will provide better time management for patients and physicians compared to the previous written mode. Data will now be managed via the internet; the specialist will fill out the form remotely and validate it by entering your tax key, also via online.

The Digital Medical Certificate has typified the parameters regarding the health status of the user, the signature and license plate of the doctor and his immediate superior. The procedure is done at the nearest medical center.
