This year the Digital Health 2.0 Congress was held, from San Sebastian, Spain, offering online and face-to-face activities. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Digital Health Congress took place from September 7th to 10th, virtually through digital platforms, on the other hand, the face-to-face activities with limited capacity that were part of Health 2.0 Basque, happened from September 10th to 11th.<\/p>

Among the projects presented at this event stand out the following:<\/p>

The first is Trak Physio<\/strong>, a software created for the rehabilitation of patients through physical exercises. This platform allows professionals to maintain constant communication with patients after diagnosis, design the recovery plan through exercises and continue monitoring the patient. The patient on the other hand can access the platform to consult the recovery plan and exercises. Through computational vision, the software is able to recognize the wrong movements and correct them, the platform shows through data the evolution of the patient.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Another project is Mutualia<\/strong>, Mutual Collaborator in Social Security in Spain, they presented an innovative digital project for the delivery of medical images to patients, without the use of CDs or printed material.<\/p>

Legit Health<\/strong>, a startup specialized in the development of artificial vision and intelligence technology. His project specializes in dermatological diagnosis through evaluation of images through clinically proven algorithms, the platform is able to classify 139 pathologies of the skin, so that the patient takes photographs of lesions or other parts of the body and they are uploaded to the cloud where the doctor can consult them and make a diagnosis thanks to the algorithms. \u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Among the pathologies recognized by the platform are seven whose algorithms have been perfected and have higher sensitivity percentages. Acne 94% sensitivity, Psoriasis 92%, Dermatitis 81%, Rosacea 94%, Keratosis 92%, Basal cell carcinoma 90% and Melanoma 90%.<\/p>

This platform works as a support for doctors and patients to take better advantage of consultation time, as the doctor can work based on Legit Health diagnostic data.<\/p>

Ignacio Diez Gonz\u00e1lez of the Basque Health Services presented several investigations<\/strong> where AI<\/strong> has been applied for clinical use in the area of cardiology. As well as drug side effects monitoring projects through AI and machine learning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Este a\u00f1o se llev\u00f3 a cabo el Congreso de Salud Digital Health 2.0, desde San Sebasti\u00e1n, Espa\u00f1a, ofreciendo actividades en l\u00ednea y presenciales. El Congreso de Salud Digital se llev\u00f3 a cabo del 7 al 10 de septiembre de forma virtual a trav\u00e9s de plataformas digitales, por otra parte, las actividades presenciales con aforo limitado que formaron parte de Health 2.0 Basque, sucedieron del 10 al 11 del mismo mes. Dentro de los proyectos presentados en este evento destacan los siguientes: El primero es Trak Physio, un software creado para la tele rehabilitaci\u00f3n de pacientes a trav\u00e9s de ejercicios fisioterap\u00e9uticos.  Esta plataforma permite que los profesionales sostengan una comunicaci\u00f3n constante con los pacientes despu\u00e9s de su diagn\u00f3stico, dise\u00f1ar el plan de recuperaci\u00f3n mediante ejercicios y continuar el seguimiento al paciente.  El paciente por otra parte puede acceder a la plataforma para consultar el plan de recuperaci\u00f3n y los ejercicios. A trav\u00e9s de la visi\u00f3n computacional, el software es capaz de reconocer los movimientos incorrectos y corregirlos, la plataforma muestra a trav\u00e9s de datos la evoluci\u00f3n del paciente. Otro proyecto es el de Mutualia, Mutua Colaboradora en Seguridad Social en Espa\u00f1a, quienes presentaron un proyecto digital innovador para la entrega de im\u00e1genes m\u00e9dicas a los pacientes, sin la utilizaci\u00f3n de CDs o material impreso. Legit Health, un startup especializado en el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00eda de inteligencia y visi\u00f3n artificial. Su proyecto se especializa en el diagn\u00f3stico dermatol\u00f3gico a trav\u00e9s de evaluaci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes trav\u00e9s de algoritmos cl\u00ednicamente probados, la plataforma es capaz de clasificar 139 patolog\u00edas de la piel, de tal forma que el paciente se tome fotograf\u00edas de lesiones o de otras partes del cuerpo y \u00e9stas se suban a la nube donde el m\u00e9dico podr\u00e1 consultarlas y realizar un diagn\u00f3stico gracias a los algoritmos.   Entre las patolog\u00edas que reconoce la plataforma, son siete cuyos algoritmos han sido perfeccionados y cuentan con porcentajes de sensibilidad m\u00e1s altos. Acn\u00e9 94% de sensibilidad, Psoriasis 92%, Dermatitis 81%, Ros\u00e1cea 94%, Queratosis 92%, Carcinoma de c\u00e9lulas basales 90% y Melanoma 90%. Esta plataforma funciona como apoyo para m\u00e9dicos y pacientes a aprovechar de mejor forma el tiempo de consulta, ya que el m\u00e9dico puede trabajar tomando como base los datos de diagn\u00f3stico de Legit Health. Ignacio Diez Gonz\u00e1lez, del Servicios Vasco de Salud present\u00f3 varias investigaciones donde se ha aplicado IA para su uso cl\u00ednico en el \u00e1rea de cardiolog\u00eda. As\u00ed como proyectos de monitorizaci\u00f3n de efectos secundario de f\u00e1rmacos a trav\u00e9s de IA y aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico.
