This hypothesis is predicated on cancer cells' altered cellular\/nuclear morphology, DNA content, nuclear-nucleolar volume ratios, cytoskeletal stiffness, and viscoelastic properties. La reducci\u00f3n de la intensidad del ultrasonido, logra coincidir la frecuencia con las c\u00e9lulas objetivo, seg\u00fan su estudio lograron separar varios tipos de c\u00e9lulas cancerosas sin da\u00f1ar c\u00e9lulas sangu\u00edneas sanas. \u201cAqu\u00ed, probamos la hip\u00f3tesis de que las diferencias biomec\u00e1nicas entre los tipos de c\u00e9lulas cancerosas y sanas hacen que estas c\u00e9lulas tengan diferentes respuestas a LIPUS, lo que permite la ablaci\u00f3n selectiva de c\u00e9lulas cancerosas con formas de onda de ultrasonido dirigidas. Esta hip\u00f3tesis se basa en la morfolog\u00eda celular \/ nuclear alterada, el contenido de ADN, las relaciones de volumen nuclear-nucleolar, la rigidez citoesquel\u00e9tica y las propiedades viscoel\u00e1sticas de las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas\u201d. A trav\u00e9s de estudios computacionales dichas diferencias fueron predichas para que el tratamiento respondiera a las c\u00e9lulas malignas, dependiendo de los par\u00e1metros del ultrasonido.
