In 2015, a British technology company introduced commercially, the first DNA sequencing device with nanopores, representing a critical advance after decades of research.<\/p><p>One of the current alternatives in research on this subject is through a technique based on artificial folding of DNA in complex structures. In addition, they introduced a functional gate system inside the pore for the detection of molecules. En 2015 una empresa tecnol\u00f3gica brit\u00e1nica present\u00f3 comercialmente, el primer dispositivo de secuenciaci\u00f3n de ADN con nanoporos, lo que represent\u00f3 un avance cr\u00edtico tras d\u00e9cadas de investigaci\u00f3n. Una de las alternativas actuales en investigaci\u00f3n sobre este tema, se realiza a trav\u00e9s de una t\u00e9cnica basada en el plegado artificial del ADN en estructuras complejas. A este avance le han llamado t\u00e9cnica de origami 3D, y en comparaci\u00f3n con otros m\u00e9todos, su espacio de dise\u00f1o para la construcci\u00f3n de nanoestructuras imita y ampl\u00eda los complejos naturales. Seg\u00fan su art\u00edculo publicado en Nature Communications, informan sobre el avance en la creaci\u00f3n de un gran nanoporo sint\u00e9tico hecho a base de ADN, capaz de transportar grandes macromol\u00e9culas. Adem\u00e1s, introdujeron un sistema de compuerta funcional dentro del poro para la detecci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas. Se espera que conforme avancen este tipo de t\u00e9cnicas, en un futuro sea posible la inserci\u00f3n dirigida de aletas controlables espec\u00edficamente en c\u00e9lulas enfermas.
