Scientists in the pharmaceutical industry use biological data for software training, and thus learn how the human body would react to new drugs.<\/p><p>The Purdue University team developed new software for data extraction, with the aim of improving and training machine learning models and thus extracting more effectively in Protein Databases, (PDB)<\/p><p>\"The problem is that it can take an enormous amount of time to sort through all the accumulated data. El aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico puede ayudar, pero a\u00fan necesita un marco s\u00f3lido desde el cual la computadora pueda analizar r\u00e1pidamente los datos para ayudar en la creaci\u00f3n de datos seguros y efectivos&#8221;, dijo Gaurav Chopra, profesor asistente de qu\u00edmica anal\u00edtica y f\u00edsica en la Facultad de Ciencias de dicha universidad, sobre la importancia de PDB para el desarrollo y descubrimiento de f\u00e1rmacos.
