This can be used in research that studies opioid use disorder.<\/p><p>This can be used to create visual and quantitative representations of the electrical activity of the brain; thus, the program was validated after an analysis of encephalogram spectrograms (EEG), of mice that received different doses of electroencephalographic recordings of brain waves, opiates are shown to disrupt sleep\" said Ralph Lydic, a member of the research team.<\/p><p>By releasing this tool, the researchers promote the creation of new scientific knowledge that studies disorders that can be measured through EEG analysis in laboratory De esta forma se puede utilizar en investigaciones que estudian el trastorno por uso de opioides. Este puede ser utilizado para crear representaciones visuales y cuantitativas de la actividad el\u00e9ctrica del cerebro, de esta forma el programa fue validado tras un an\u00e1lisis de espectrogramas de encefalogramas (EEG), de ratones que recibieron diferentes dosis de opioides. \u201cExiste una idea err\u00f3nea de que los opioides promueven el sue\u00f1o, pero en estudios cuantitativos de los estados de sue\u00f1o y vigilia que utilizan grabaciones electroencefalogr\u00e1ficas de las ondas cerebrales, se ha demostrado que los opi\u00e1ceos interrumpen el sue\u00f1o&#8221;, dijo Ralph Lydic, miembro del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n. Al liberar esta herramienta, promueven la creaci\u00f3n de nuevo conocimiento cient\u00edfico que estudie trastornos que pueden ser medidos a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de EEG en animales de laboratorio.
