In addition, it seeks not only to assess whether a distinction is fit to support such services, but to identify gaps that require greater technical support. Therefore, the \"Request technical support\" option was included in the maturity level classification system to promote collaboration with specialized partners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-3520798 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no wpr-equal-height-no\" data-id=\"3520798\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-a0c2f94\" data-id=\"a0c2f94\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3efeb06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3efeb06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The references of the maturity level, for the measurement of hospitals, were classified from 1 (lowest) to 4 (highest):<\/p><ul><li>1 = No initiative is in place.<\/li><li>2 = Some\tsteps have been taken, but the institution is still far from\tbeing able to implement services.<\/li><li>3 = Good\tprogress, and some\ttelemedicine services could begin to be implemented.<\/li><li>4 = Everything is ready for telemedicine services to operate at full capacity.<\/li><\/ul><p>This assessment tool is applicable to medical centers that already have telemedicine programs in use. Processes: Set of operations and functions that must be taken into consideration.<\/li><li>Digital environment: Necessary technological infrastructure, including hardware and software.<\/li><li>Human resources: Institutional capacity in the areas of health services and of IT and communications.<\/li><li>Regulatory issues: Rules and procedures that must be considered when providing telemedicine services.<\/li><li>Expertise: Additional know-how that could benefit the effective implementation of telemedicine services<\/li><\/ol><p>Once the instrument is implemented, the results should be discussed between interdisciplinary teams of specialists. Esta herramienta de evaluaci\u00f3n es aplicable a aquellos centros m\u00e9dicos que ya cuentan con programas de telemedicina funcionando. Una autoevaluaci\u00f3n es importante para reconocer los fallos y los aciertos y as\u00ed medir la importancia del sistema dentro de la instituci\u00f3n. La herramienta cuenta con un total de 99 preguntas categorizadas en los siguientes temas: Preparaci\u00f3n Organizacional: Bases fundacionales que identifican los temas que resolver antes de avanzar con servicios de telemedicina. Procesos: Conjunto de operaciones y funciones que deben ser consideradas. Entorno Digital: Infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica necesaria, incluyendo hardware y software necesario. Recursos Humanos: Capacidad institucional en las \u00e1reas de servicios de salud de tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n y comunicaciones. Aspectos Normativos: Normas y procedimientos que deben considerarse en la provisi\u00f3n de servicios de telemedicina. Conocimiento especializado: Conocimiento adicional que pudiera beneficiar la implementaci\u00f3n efectiva de servicios de telemedicina. Una vez aplicado el instrumento, los resultados deben debatirse entre equipos interdisciplinarios de especialistas.
