In Argentina, the progress of Digital Health is realized by having specific figures of the exact number of treatments performed by each specialty in order to reduce the access gap and give opportunity to all people equally to be cared for in the best possible way regardless of their living situation.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Patient statistics are a fundamental pillar for the San Juan Digital Health System (SDSJ), whose basic premise is to be a \"computer system that allows to record, measure and analyze statistical and epidemiological data for timely decision-making at the local and central level\",<\/strong> according to the objective of the Ministry of Public Health.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The contribution that this project gives is the digitization of the patient's data to manage it so that it can be accessed without mishaps in real time and regardless of the place.<\/p>

The modernization of the computer network represents a great progress in the Electronic Clinical History (HCE) of each patient to be able to consult all their information related to their health in an organized and easy to understand way.<\/p>

This means more safety in the consultation of important data such as knowing results of studies (radiography, ultrasounds, resonances, laboratories, vaccination card, etc.), diagnoses of different specialties, prescription of medicines, if an inter consultation with professionals was ever requested, or if the patient was moved to an emergency room, etc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In this sense, the count of cases as requested in each health center, specifies a flexibility in the way in which medical care is provided since with the collection of statistics we can know which specialties are the most requested and how often to in the future strengthen the given service, according to the quantitative needs extracted from the analysis.<\/p>

So far, the first results obtained agree that in the first place is dental with 4,899 patients treated, secondly, there is pediatrics with 3,975. The following specialties are general medicine which has 3,340 consultations, then kinesiology (or rehabilitation) with 3,237, medical clinic with 2,939 and finally nutrition with 2,449 effective treatments.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

En Argentina, el avance de la salud digital se concreta teniendo cifras espec\u00edficas de la cantidad exacta de tratamientos realizados por cada especialidad con el fin de disminuir la brecha de acceso y dar oportunidad a todas las personas por igual de ser atendidas de la mejor forma posible sin importar su situaci\u00f3n de vida. Las estad\u00edsticas de los pacientes son un pilar fundamental para el sistema Salud Digital San Juan (SDSJ), cuya premisa b\u00e1sica es ser un \u201csistema inform\u00e1tico que permita registrar, medir y analizar datos estad\u00edsticos y epidemiol\u00f3gicos para la toma de decisiones oportunas en el nivel local y central\u201d, seg\u00fan el objetivo del Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica. El aporte que este proyecto da, es la digitalizaci\u00f3n de los datos del paciente para administrarlos de manera en que se pueda acceder a ellos sin contratiempos en tiempo real y sin importar el lugar. La modernizaci\u00f3n de la red inform\u00e1tica supone un amplio progreso en el Historial Cl\u00ednico Electr\u00f3nico (HCE) de cada paciente para poder consultar toda su informaci\u00f3n relacionada a su salud de una manera organizada y f\u00e1cil de entender. Esto implica m\u00e1s seguridad en la consulta de datos importantes como, por ejemplo, conocer resultados de estudios (radiograf\u00edas, ecograf\u00edas, resonancias, laboratorios, carnet de vacunaci\u00f3n, etc.), diagn\u00f3sticos de distintas especialidades, prescripci\u00f3n de medicamentos, si alguna vez se solicit\u00f3 una interconsulta de profesionales, si se traslad\u00f3 a urgencias, etc. En este sentido, el conteo de casos seg\u00fan lo solicitado en cada centro de salud, concreta una flexibilidad en la forma de proporcionar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica puesto que con la recolecci\u00f3n de estad\u00edsticas se puede saber qu\u00e9 especialidades son las m\u00e1s solicitadas y con cu\u00e1nta frecuencia para en un futuro fortalecer el servicio dado, de acuerdo con las necesidades cuantitativas extra\u00eddas del an\u00e1lisis. Hasta el momento, los primeros resultados obtenidos concuerdan que en primer lugar se encuentra odontolog\u00eda con 4 mil 899 pacientes atendidos, en segundo lugar, se encuentra pediatr\u00eda con 3 mil 975. Las siguientes especialidades son medicina general la cual cuenta con 3 mil 340 consultas, luego kinesiolog\u00eda (o rehabilitaci\u00f3n) con 3 mil 237, cl\u00ednica m\u00e9dica con 2 mil 939 y al final nutrici\u00f3n con 2 mil 449 tratamientos efectivos.
