For this reason, the San Juan Digital Health project was implemented within Universal Health Coverage to protect and ensure better quality in health care.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element means extensive coverage at the national level of all sectors of the population regardless of their sociodemographic conditions and thus be able to ensure equal access to health systems.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section this, the <strong>San Juan Digital Health<\/strong> project stands as a quality carrier and complete and timely medical care for the provinces.<\/p><p>Their goal is to \"focus on the person, their family and expand the community in which they live\" without neglecting face-to-face consultations and reinforcing their effectiveness in results.<\/p><p>The commitment of specialists to provide the appropriate health services that support all provinces, is stipulated in the <strong>Universal Health Coverage (CUS), <\/strong>which ensures that every user receives care, treatment and monitoring of their health status without having to spend or violate their resources.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column in charge of family and community health teams:<\/strong> consists of an organization of teams and patient records where each population will have a doctor, a nurse, 4 assistants and an interdisciplinary team (pediatricians, psychologists, etc.) that strengthen the health service.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Interoperable information systems and computer applications: <\/strong>such as the Digital Clinical History that leverages the power and innovation of new technologies to improve processes and maintain the care provided to a favorable degree.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><strong>Improving the quality of care and prioritization of care lines: <\/strong>dividing into specific axes lifestyle care advice into points such as nutrition, sexuality, mental health and other complementary activities to form a complete and satisfactory health guide.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This is how the country continues to work constantly to ensure, in the best way, the access of its entire population to health services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Por eso mismo, se implement\u00f3 el proyecto Salud Digital San Juan dentro de la Cobertura Universal Sanitaria para proteger y garantizar una mejor calidad en la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. La evoluci\u00f3n de la salud digital supone una extensa cobertura a nivel nacional de todos los sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n sin importar sus condiciones sociodemogr\u00e1ficas y as\u00ed, poder garantizar la igualdad en el acceso a los sistemas de salud. Las zonas m\u00e1s vulnerables se ven afectadas por la distancia y los tiempos que se llegan a gastar con el traslado y visita a las unidades de salud, debido a esto, el proyecto Salud Digital San Juan se levanta como portador de calidad y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica completa y oportuna para las provincias. Su meta es \u201ccentrarse en la persona, en su familia y ampliar la comunidad en la que vive\u201d sin descuidar las consultas presenciales y reforzando su eficacia en resultados. El compromiso de los especialistas para brindar los servicios de salud adecuados que respalde a todas las provincias, se encuentra estipulado en la Cobertura Universal Sanitaria (CUS), la cual cuida que todo usuario reciba atenci\u00f3n, tratamiento y seguimiento de su estado de salud sin tener que gastar ni vulnerar sus recursos. Para la correcta implementaci\u00f3n de la estrategia se derivan los siguientes tres puntos b\u00e1sicos: Poblaci\u00f3n a cargo de equipos de salud familiar y comunitaria: consiste en una organizaci\u00f3n de equipos y registros de pacientes donde cada poblaci\u00f3n contar\u00e1 con un m\u00e9dico, un enfermero, 4 asistentes y un equipo interdisciplinario (pediatras, psic\u00f3logos, etc.) que refuercen el servicio de salud. Sistemas de informaci\u00f3n interoperables y aplicaciones inform\u00e1ticas: como la Historia Cl\u00ednica Digital que aprovecha de la potencia e innovaci\u00f3n de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para mejorar los procesos y mantener en un grado favorable la atenci\u00f3n brindada. Mejora de la calidad de atenci\u00f3n y priorizaci\u00f3n de las l\u00edneas de cuidado: dividiendo en ejes espec\u00edficos el asesoramiento del cuidado del estilo de vida en puntos como la nutrici\u00f3n, la sexualidad, la salud mental y otras actividades complementarias para formar una gu\u00eda de salud completa y satisfactoria. Es as\u00ed como el pa\u00eds sigue trabajando constantemente en pro de garantizar, de la mejor forma, el acceso de toda su poblaci\u00f3n a servicios de salud.
