La moci\u00f3n es que estos aparatos resuelvan problemas, acaten \u00f3rdenes y desempe\u00f1en tareas imitando las acciones que tendr\u00eda una persona y tomando su lugar para ahorrar tiempos gracias a una r\u00e9plica del funcionamiento del cerebro humano. La IA, utiliza nuevas herramientas de procesamiento de datos para mejorar tanto la medicina como la relaci\u00f3n entre el paciente y el m\u00e9dico; por ejemplo, hacer m\u00e1s ligera la conexi\u00f3n entre servidores de datos y liberar esa carga para que los especialistas cuenten con m\u00e1s disponibilidad en manejar otras funciones y as\u00ed redoblar la productividad. Actualmente, los tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes utilizan algoritmos para deducir los lugares que se pretende visitar, e incluso, qu\u00e9 se quiere decir. Los beneficios clave de la inteligencia artificial se basan en esta capacidad de entrenar a las m\u00e1quinas para predecir contextos y responder tal como responder\u00eda cualquier m\u00e9dico. Un ejemplo claro de c\u00f3mo la inteligencia artificial est\u00e1 transformando la realidad de la medicina contempor\u00e1nea, es el esfuerzo de la rama cient\u00edfica de eBay, su directora de Ciencia de Datos explica: \u201cconstruimos un sistema de IA que hace preguntas a los pacientes y ve su historial de datos, con ello se identifican sus diferentes s\u00edntomas, problemas de circulaci\u00f3n, etc. Tenemos un centro especial que es el n\u00facleo y cerebro de todo, est\u00e1 dentro de un hospital y con la ayuda de la IA, una enfermera te asigna a una estaci\u00f3n para que hagan el proceso de identificaci\u00f3n de la enfermedad y as\u00ed canalizar al paciente de acuerdo con la urgencia del padecimiento\u201d. La empresa Diagnostic Robotics (situada en Israel) lo ilustra de mejor manera con su software de IA que analiza por s\u00ed sola los datos del expediente cl\u00ednico del paciente con el fin de diagnosticar enfermedades por medio de un motor de b\u00fasqueda personalizado por los programadores inform\u00e1ticos y que est\u00e1 inserto en la m\u00e1quina para reconocer patrones de s\u00edntomas. La base de datos que se sustrae tiene la capacidad de predecir riesgos potenciales de contraer cierta enfermedad de acuerdo con el reconocimiento autom\u00e1tico por parte del software que analiza las caracter\u00edsticas de la problem\u00e1tica y, como plus, ofrecer soluciones y tratamientos basados en los conocimientos propiamente adquiridos por la m\u00e1quina.\u00a0 Por otro lado, M\u00e9xico es caso de preocupaci\u00f3n, ya que La Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3micos (OCDE) destaca que no existe una cobertura m\u00e9dica que apoye a todos los habitantes del pa\u00eds pues por cada mil habitantes que hay en el pa\u00eds, s\u00f3lo existen 2.4 m\u00e9dicos.
