The government of Argentina will implement a variable in medical consultations: Teleconsulting. Within telemedicine, this platform has the mission of providing medical care to all people without considering distances or geographical areas.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Senior commanders of the health system of Tucum\u00e1n, met to organize the new implementation of the teleconsulting system. It will operate in the country for the benefit of the population concerned of adequate management in saving time and displacement.<\/p>

The mode of teleconsultation comes to strengthen telemedicine and will be implemented throughout the region, highlighting the provinces of Tucum\u00e1n, San Luis, Catamarca and La Rioja. Teleconsulting have served as an auxiliary of health services in digital and remote format, since, it allows patients to be linked online with specialists, without having to move from home to office. The new platform to be used in Argentina is a web system that takes the patient data to determine which health center to transfer the user together to access their clinical history.<\/p>

An example took place in the town of Tilisarao, where a patient with hypothyroidism had a consultation from her locality to the province of San Luis. Another case thanks to a video conference, Alma Monserrat, six years old, had an interconsultation between pediatricians from both places without the need to travel, saving time and money.<\/p>

The officials who were part of quorum about the project were: Rossana Chala (Minister of Health), Lucia Cebe (Undersecretary of the Ministry), Emiliano L\u00f3pez (National Coordinator of Telehealth), Maia Berlin(Operational Management and Planning), Veronica Ali (Strategic Directorate of Programs for Prevention and Health Care), Luis Rocha (Medical Technology Management) and Conrado Llapar (Medical Reference).<\/p>

El gobierno de Argentina implementar\u00e1 una variable en las consultas m\u00e9dicas: Las teleconsultas. Dentro de la telemedicina, esta plataforma tiene la misi\u00f3n de proporcionarle atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a todas las personas sin considerar distancias o zonas geogr\u00e1ficas. Altos mandos del sistema de salud de Tucum\u00e1n, se reunieron para organizar la nueva implementaci\u00f3n del sistema de teleconsultas. \u00c9sta operar\u00e1 en el pa\u00eds para el beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n en cuesti\u00f3n de una adecuada gesti\u00f3n en el ahorro de tiempo y desplazamiento. La modalidad de teleconsultas viene a fortalecer la telemedicina y se implementar\u00e1 en toda la regi\u00f3n, destacando las provincias de Tucum\u00e1n, San Luis, Catamarca y La Rioja. El gobierno argentino ya inici\u00f3 la etapa de asesoramiento y capacitaci\u00f3n para que los responsables de las unidades de salud est\u00e9n al tanto de todos los pormenores en cuanto a funcionamiento y facilidades. Las teleconsultas han servido como auxiliar de los servicios de salud en formato digital y a distancia, ya que, de manera online, permite enlazar a los pacientes con los especialistas sin necesidad de trasladarse del hogar al consultorio. La nueva plataforma que se usar\u00e1 en Argentina es un sistema web que toma los datos del paciente para determinar a qu\u00e9 centro de salud trasladar al usuario aunado al acceso de su historial cl\u00ednico. \u201cEs una plataforma que tiene est\u00e1ndares para poder interconectarse a otros sistemas de informaci\u00f3n que cuente la provincia como la historia cl\u00ednica electr\u00f3nica. Es una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s sencilla, \u00fatil para el profesional, se puede ingresar a la plataforma desde el celular\u201d, detall\u00f3 el coordinador Nacional de Telesalud, Emiliano L\u00f3pez. Un ejemplo tuvo lugar en la localidad de Tilisarao, donde una paciente con hipotiroidismo tuvo una consulta desde su localidad hasta la provincia de San Luis. Otro caso gracias a una videoconferencia, Alma Monserrat de seis a\u00f1os de edad, tuvo una interconsulta entre pediatras de ambos lugares sin la necesidad de viajar, ahorrando tiempo y dinero. Los funcionarios que formaron parte de quorum acerca del proyecto fueron: Rossana Chala (ministra de salud), Lucia Cebe (Subsecretaria del Ministerio), Emiliano L\u00f3pez (Coordinador Nacional de Telesalud), Maia Berl\u00edn (Gesti\u00f3n Operativa y Planificaci\u00f3n), Ver\u00f3nica Al\u00ed (Direcci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica de Programas para Prevenci\u00f3n y Cuidados de Salud), Luis Rocha (Gesti\u00f3n de Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica) y Conrado Llapar (Referente m\u00e9dico de telemedicina).
