The Mexican Social Security Institute begins its process towards the technological vanguard through its IMSS Digital portal that will offer an improvement in customer service and higher quality in its health services.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) already has its own digital platform to make it easier for users to enter all the health systems it offers without the need to wait so long.<\/p>

IMSS Digital is the mobile application that allows you to:<\/p>

1.- Schedule a medical appointment up to one month in advance.<\/p>

2.- Check validity.<\/p>

3.- Reschedule queries at the most convenient time.<\/p>

4.- Avoid waiting rows.<\/p>

IMSS Digital can be accessed through an app available for download on mobile devices, or through direct login on the website.<\/p>

The aim of both is to evolve the health service and adapt it to the new digital services offering through a model that includes new technologies and the use of the Internet of Things through the various digital platforms.<\/p>

This proposal that IMSS makes available through its IT Department provides the most suitable tools for the rightholder to enjoy a better service and avoid non-conformities.<\/p>

An example of the progress and progress of the use of this strategy is in Puebla, where 19% of the consultations of Cholula clinic 12 are already exercised through this application.<\/p>

El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social comienza su proceso hacia la vanguardia tecnol\u00f3gica a trav\u00e9s de su portal IMSS Digital que ofrecer\u00e1 una mejora en la atenci\u00f3n al usuario y mayor calidad en sus servicios de salud. El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) ya cuenta con su propia plataforma digital para facilitar a los usuarios el ingreso a todos los sistemas de salud que ofrece sin la necesidad de esperar tanto. IMSS Digital es la aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil que permite: 1.- Agendar citas m\u00e9dicas hasta con un mes de anticipaci\u00f3n. 2.- Verificar vigencias. 3.- Reprogramar consultas en el horario m\u00e1s conveniente. 4.- Evitar filas de espera. 5.- Localizar cl\u00ednicas. Se puede tener acceso a IMSS Digital por medio de una aplicaci\u00f3n disponible para descargar en dispositivos m\u00f3viles, o por medio del ingreso directo en el sitio web. El objetivo de ambos es evolucionar el servicio de salud y adaptarlo a la nueva oferta de servicios digitales mediante un modelo que incluya nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y el uso del internet de las cosas mediante las diversas plataformas digitales. Esta propuesta que pone a disposici\u00f3n el IMSS a trav\u00e9s de su Departamento de Inform\u00e1tica proporciona las herramientas m\u00e1s aptas para que el derechohabiente goce de un mejor servicio y evitar las disconformidades. Un ejemplo del avance y progreso del uso de esta estrategia se encuentra en Puebla, donde el 19% de las consultas de la cl\u00ednica 12 de Cholula ya se ejercen por medio de esta aplicaci\u00f3n. Esto se debe a que los pacientes pueden solicitar su consulta m\u00e9dica y tramitar otros servicios desde la comodidad de su hogar, oficina o dondequiera que est\u00e9n. \u201cEs un ahorro en tiempo y en procesos engorrosos\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Jeft\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Espinoza Vera, coordinador de Inform\u00e1tica de la Delegaci\u00f3n Estatal. Para poder ingresar a utilizar la aplicaci\u00f3n, solamente es necesario que el usuario ingrese: CURP, N\u00famero de Seguro Social, y correo electr\u00f3nico. El mayor retro que est\u00e1 presentando la Instituci\u00f3n es la baja cantidad de usuarios que hay en este momento. De los 2 millones registrados en el sistema, solamente el 10% hace uso de la aplicaci\u00f3n.
