Open LMIS <\/strong>( Logistics Management Information System <\/em>) is a Digital Health tool dedicated to storing, managing and exchanging data with other information systems using advanced technology within the cloud.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Las plataformas de recolecci\u00f3n de datos son la mayor herramienta digital de la cual se apoya el sector salud en sus distintas ramas; con el objetivo de expandir su alcance, sistemas, servicios y la forma en la que se relacionan con sus pacientes. Open LMIS (Logistics Management Information System, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) es una herramienta de Salud Digital dedicada a almacenar, manejar e intercambiar datos con otros sistemas de informaci\u00f3n empleando la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s avanzada dentro de la nube. Anteriormente, la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos e informaci\u00f3n necesaria para el suministro de productos esenciales de salud, se hac\u00eda de manera manual y por escrito en pa\u00edses de bajos recursos, aun cuando el m\u00e9todo sigue en uso; la tecnolog\u00eda hace m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil todos y cada uno de los procesos de intercambio de datos. La digitalizaci\u00f3n de estas t\u00e9cnicas, reduce los errores humanos en cuanto a conteos num\u00e9ricos y, adicionalmente, se provee mayor precisi\u00f3n en los informes que se utilizan para tomar decisiones m\u00e9dicas y, por lo tanto, ahorrar tiempo y dinero a los usuarios. La distribuci\u00f3n de dicha informaci\u00f3n, permite que todos los sistemas de salud p\u00fablica se puedan conectar mediante una interoperabilidad. Esto permite compatibilidad entre s\u00ed y permite ver lo mismo donde se encuentren. As\u00ed, la experiencia del paciente tendr\u00e1 una mejora, ya que se volver\u00e1 parte activa de la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y foco central de los tratamientos; con la seguridad que estos sistemas de intercambia de informaci\u00f3n ofrecen al proteger la confidencialidad. Esta nueva variante, permite optimizar tiempos a trav\u00e9s de un sistema, otorga facilidades de planificaci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n con la meta de organizar u recabar un cuadro cl\u00ednico de manera eficaz y en tiempo real.
