To develop an effective and relevant system for the health sector, the project was advised by the CMN \"La Raza\".<\/p><p>Currently the system in its version 1.0 is used by medical staff at that hospital, however, they explained that these results do not represent a diagnosis of COVID-19 but that the doctor should use them in combination with the clinical data of each patient to facilitate detection and issue diagnoses more quickly with greater certainty. El sistema funciona gracias a m\u00e9todos de visi\u00f3n computacional y de Deep Learning, que son redes neuronales computacionales que realizan millones de operaciones, programadas para ajustar de manera automatizada sus propios par\u00e1metros, esto gracias a un entrenamiento con bancos de im\u00e1genes tomogr\u00e1ficas. Posteriormente, al t\u00e9rmino del entrenamiento, la red ajusta sus par\u00e1metros de forma completa y habr\u00e1 aprendido a realizar su tarea con una exactitud del 90%. El sistema utiliza t\u00e9cnicas de visi\u00f3n computacional de tomograf\u00edas computarizadas de cortes axiales del t\u00f3rax, los resultados se obtienen inmediatamente y sirven como soporte m\u00e9dico al detectar presencia de COVID-19 tomando en cuenta los datos cl\u00ednicos de cada paciente. De esta manera el sistema de c\u00f3mputo automatizado, complementa la informaci\u00f3n disponible para el personal m\u00e9dico y as\u00ed realizar diagn\u00f3sticos m\u00e1s certeros de pacientes contagiados.&nbsp; El grupo de trabajo est\u00e1 coordinado por el Dr. Boris Escalante Ram\u00edrez, quien es tambi\u00e9n el coordinador general del CViCom, explic\u00f3 que este proyecto fue dirigido por acad\u00e9micos de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda y del Instituto de Investigaciones Matem\u00e1ticas Aplicadas y en Sistemas, as\u00ed como alumnos de diversos programas de estudios como posgrados de ciencia e Ingenier\u00eda de la Computaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de la licenciatura de F\u00edsica Biom\u00e9dica. Para desarrollar un sistema eficaz y pertinente para el sector salud, el proyecto cont\u00f3 con asesor\u00eda del CMN &#8220;La Raza&#8221;. Actualmente el sistema en su versi\u00f3n 1.0 es utilizado por personal m\u00e9dico de dicho hospital, sin embargo, explicaron que estos resultados no representan un diagn\u00f3stico de COVID-19 sino que el m\u00e9dico debe utilizarlos en combinaci\u00f3n con los datos cl\u00ednicos de cada paciente para facilitar la detecci\u00f3n y emitir diagn\u00f3sticos m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido con mayor certeza. El objetivo principal es que los m\u00e9dicos puedan dar un tratamiento al paciente de forma inmediata sin necesidad de esperar el resultado de la prueba que tarda varios d\u00edas.
