Tras la emergencia sanitaria a nivel mundial por la pandemia de COVID-19, instituciones educativas, estudiantes y docentes han tenido que adaptarse a nuevas formas de aprendizaje. Tras el anuncio de la OMS el 11 de marzo, en el que se declar\u00f3 el brote de COVID-19 como pandemia. Seg\u00fan datos de la ONU, a nivel global m\u00e1s de 1370 millones de alumnos tuvieron que abandonar las aulas para continuar con su educaci\u00f3n a distancia. Esto gener\u00f3 la adopci\u00f3n masiva de m\u00e9todos de educaci\u00f3n a distancia y otras plataformas digitales por parte de alumnos y docentes. A inicios de abril la plataforma de videoconferencias Zoom, informo que en marzo fueron de 10 millones de usuarios a superar los 200 millones de usuarios en solo tres semanas. Por su parte Google anunci\u00f3 que la plataforma de videoconferencias Meet, que requiere de una suscripci\u00f3n mensual o anual, estar\u00e1 disponible gratuitamente hasta el 30 de septiembre. Esto tras emplearse m\u00e1s de 100 millones de veces durante la semana pasada. Otra plataforma de Google es Classroom, que de forma gratuita que est\u00e1 enfocada plenamente en la rama educativa, su funci\u00f3n es gestionar clases, se trata de una herramienta creada en 2014 y puede utilizarse para educaci\u00f3n a distancia, ideal para la situaci\u00f3n actual. Por otra parte, la UNESCO public\u00f3 una lista de recursos para ayudar a los padres, docentes, instituciones educativas, a facilitar el aprendizaje en casa, en este periodo de aislamiento. La mayor\u00eda de las plataformas soportan varios idiomas. Se encuentran categorizados basados en las necesidades de grupos o situaciones espec\u00edficas (https:\/\/es.unesco.org\/covid19\/educationresponse\/solutions) Entre recursos para proporcionar apoyo psicosocial, sistemas de administraci\u00f3n para aprendizaje digital, sistemas para tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles, sistemas con funcionamiento offline, Plataformas MOOC (Cursos Masivos Abiertos en L\u00ednea), Contenido para autodidactas, aplicaciones de lectura para tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles, plataformas de videoconferencia y comunicaci\u00f3n directa, Herramientas para docentes en la creaci\u00f3n de contenido digital y por \u00faltimo repositorios sobre aprendizaje a distancia.
