Through a WhatsApp message at +52 1 55 8633 8589, people will be able to receive up-to-date information about COVID-19. When sending the message \"Menu\", the chatbot will send the nine available information options, numbered from 0 to 9. For its development, the Coordination of National Digital Strategy of the Republic\u2019s Presidency, the General Directorate for Health Promotion and the General Directorate of Information Technologies of SSa worked in conjunction with the Facebook Mexico team.<\/p>

The SSa detailed that the information is kept up-to-date as the days go by and is available 24 hours a day during the seven days of the week. La SSa present\u00f3 en conferencia vespertina sobre COVID-19 un chatbot optimizado para WhatsApp que brinda informaci\u00f3n de manera autom\u00e1tica a los usuarios. A trav\u00e9s de un mensaje v\u00eda WhatsApp al n\u00famero +52 1 55 8633 8589, podr\u00e1s recibir informaci\u00f3n actualizada sobre el COVID-19. El enviar el mensaje \u201cMen\u00fa\u201d, el chatbot enviar\u00e1 las 9 opciones de informaci\u00f3n disponible, numeradas del 0 al 9. Al enviar un mensaje con uno de estos n\u00fameros el chatbot proporcionar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n se\u00f1alada. Al enviar mensaje con el \u201c0\u201d que corresponde a un test de riesgo de COVID-19, el chatbot arrojar\u00e1 varias preguntar para realizar un diagn\u00f3stico simple de s\u00edntomas; el \u201c1\u201d corresponde a “\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el COVID-19 y c\u00f3mo se transmite?”; el \u201c2\u201d responde a la pregunta “\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los s\u00edntomas de COVID-19?”; el \u201c3\u201d corresponde a la pregunta “\u00bfQu\u00e9 debo hacer si yo o alguien de mi familia presenta alg\u00fan s\u00edntoma de COVID-19?”; el \u201c4\u201d brinda informaci\u00f3n sobre medidas b\u00e1sicas de prevenci\u00f3n; el \u201c5\u201d corresponde a preguntas frecuentes, \u201c6\u201d da recomendaciones a viajeros; el \u201c7\u201d env\u00eda el enlace para consultar el \u00faltimo reporte de caso; finalmente el n\u00famero \u201c8\u201d corresponde a la opci\u00f3n de compartir el chatbot con tus contactos. Para su desarrollo la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Estrategia Digital Nacional de Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Promoci\u00f3n de la Salud y la Direcci\u00f3n General de Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n de la SSa trabajaron en conjunto con el equipo de Facebook M\u00e9xico.
