class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Argentina grouped all trafficking in information related to the health of its patients into a strategy compatible with all sectors of society; it is known as the National Digital Health Network and was presented at the <strong>II Conferences Advancing towards Universal Health Coverage in Argentina <\/strong>by the Secretary of Health Government, Adolfo Rubinstein.<\/p><p>According to current law, all workers must have nominal coverage, i.e. any worker is a candidate for health insurance inside the country. Now, the important thing is to be able to ensure that there is truly national coverage that guarantees certain services, yet for decades patients have faced different obstacles. One is that some institutions do not guarantee or even respect these guidelines. There are equity problems that stem from variables such as socioeconomic status, the place where the patient is born, works, among others. De acuerdo con la ley vigente, todos los trabajadores deben contar con cobertura nominal, es decir que cualquier trabajador es candidato a un seguro de salud dentro del pa\u00eds. Ahora, lo importante es poder lograr que haya verdaderamente una cobertura nacional que garantice ciertos servicios, sin embargo, durante d\u00e9cadas los pacientes se han enfrentado a distintos obst\u00e1culos. Uno de ellos es que algunas instituciones no garantizan o siquiera respetan estos lineamientos. Existen problemas de equidad que se desprenden de variables como nivel socioecon\u00f3mico, el lugar en donde el paciente nace, trabaja, entre otros. &nbsp;Todo lo anterior hace que la cobertura de salud no sea equitativa. Ante este terreno, la red trabaja con la encomienda de integrar a la comunidad en un modelo de medicina familiar mediante la extensi\u00f3n de una cobertura basada en la localizaci\u00f3n exacta de grupos de personas aisladas usando procedimientos digitales que permitan agrupar las necesidades de cada individuo con respecto a su circunstancia m\u00e9dica. La brecha que se debe atacar con m\u00e1s \u00e9nfasis es la de descentralizar la base de datos que contenga toda la informaci\u00f3n importante de los pacientes con el objetivo de solo compartir lo necesario entre sistema y sistema para que, en el escenario en donde un usuario almacene cierta informaci\u00f3n dentro de historias cl\u00ednicas electr\u00f3nicas y recetas digitales, se pueda registrar y acceder sin el riesgo de ser manipulada indebidamente. Esta red funciona por una plataforma disponible en todo el pa\u00eds para procurar de manera responsable la autonom\u00eda de los cuadros cl\u00ednicos; as\u00ed el paciente podr\u00e1 controlar el flujo de sus datos cuando \u00e9l lo solicite y decidir con absoluta independencia qu\u00e9 s\u00ed y qu\u00e9 no comunicar. Durante las&nbsp;II Jornadas Avanzando hacia la Cobertura Universal de Salud en Argentina, se presentaron diversos avances de parte de m\u00e1s de 400 referentes de Salud de las jurisdicciones por medio de los cuales se promover\u00e1 la ampliaci\u00f3n del acceso y la calidad de los servicios de salud en la Cobertura Universal de Salud. Actualmente ya se encuentra operando en instituciones como Mendoza, Neuqu\u00e9n, San Juan, Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires y Red AMBA, abriendo as\u00ed posibilidades a que cada vez m\u00e1s hospitales p\u00fablicos y otros centros de salud en todo el pa\u00eds se sumen a esta gran iniciativa que promueve la ampliaci\u00f3n del acceso a servicios m\u00e9dicos.
