As a first presentation, the topic of improving the exchange of health information between the different jurisdictions of the country was presented in order to achieve the objective of a synchronized network where, both doctors and users, can interact within the same technology; Alejandro L\u00f3pez Osornio<\/strong>, national director of Health Information Systems,<\/strong> took the baton of this analysis.<\/p>

The creation of the National Center for Health Terminology<\/strong> was another of the topics presented by statistical data management specialist Karina Rovirol. The initiative supports the SNOMED CT medical vocabulary to integrate all terminology into the development of a National Dictionary of Medicine<\/strong> that organizes public health statistics.<\/p>

On legislation, the legal officer Horacio Granero explained the need to manage laws that control the required security for mass technology work. One of these issues is the regulation of digital prescriptions and their legal validation through a universal electronic signature for each doctor.<\/strong><\/p>

For her part, Victoria Mart\u00ednez Su\u00e1rez, business development manager at Red Hat Argentina for the South and Central America Region, said that public access to data (or open source) will pay off to deal with the most common diseases and be able to perform practices such as automatic image processing and medicine processing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Se realiz\u00f3 el X Foro de IT Salud en donde se presenta una tipolog\u00eda vasta sobre el rubro de los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n arraigados en la salud digital para cuidar las necesidades y datos de los pacientes. Como primera ponencia se present\u00f3 el tema de mejorar el intercambio de informaciones de salud entre las distintas jurisdicciones del pa\u00eds para as\u00ed alcanzar el objetivo de una red sincronizada donde, tanto doctores como usuarios, puedan interactuar dentro de la misma tecnolog\u00eda; Alejandro L\u00f3pez Osornio, director nacional de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n en Salud, tom\u00f3 la batuta de este an\u00e1lisis. \u201cEs un esfuerzo grand\u00edsimo, pero va dando buenos frutos\u201d, dijo al presentar la Red Nacional de Salud Digital que \u201clleg\u00f3 para quedarse, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los vaivenes pol\u00edticos\u201d. A la par dio a conocer que para generar m\u00e1s recursos en este campo se est\u00e1 desarrollando una receta digital configurada para ser trabajada de manera interna dentro de cualquier hospital. La creaci\u00f3n del Centro Nacional de Terminolog\u00eda en Salud fue otro de los temas presentado por la especialista en gesti\u00f3n estad\u00edstica de datos, Karina Rovirol. La iniciativa tiene el soporte del vocabulario m\u00e9dico SNOMED CT para integrar toda la terminolog\u00eda en la elaboraci\u00f3n de un Diccionario Nacional de Medicamento que organice las estad\u00edsticas en cuanto a salud p\u00fablica. En materia de legislaci\u00f3n, el jur\u00eddico Horacio Granero expuso la necesidad de gestionar leyes que controlen la seguridad que requiere el trabajo con la tecnolog\u00eda masiva. Una de estas prerrogativas es la regulaci\u00f3n de las recetas m\u00e9dicas digitales y su validaci\u00f3n legal por medio de una firma electr\u00f3nica universal para cada m\u00e9dico. Por su parte, Victoria Mart\u00ednez Su\u00e1rez, gerente de desarrollo de negocios en Red Hat Argentina para la Regi\u00f3n Sur y Centroam\u00e9rica, opin\u00f3 que el acceso p\u00fablico a los datos (u open source) dar\u00e1 frutos para hacer frente a las enfermedades m\u00e1s comunes y poder realizar pr\u00e1cticas como el procesamiento autom\u00e1tico de im\u00e1genes y la elaboraci\u00f3n de medicamentos. Para finalizar el evento el jefe de tecnolog\u00eda de ZMA IT Solutions, Leonardo Ramos, realiz\u00f3 un llamado para proteger la informaci\u00f3n almacenada en la nube ya que se pudiera convertir en blanco de ciberataques debido a las ganancias que se vislumbran con su tr\u00e1fico.
