information between different systems and\/or software that safeguards these elements for the future to intertwine and analyze each other.<\/p><p>It is therefore essential that different health systems can transfer from one side to another through specific interfaces, adapted or customized, that structure information in a similar international organization Health Level Seven (HL7).<\/p><p>This procedure involves achieving a union through a specific language and that elements called resources can be understood in a clear and concise way thus avoiding ambiguity between health concepts or, at the very least, ordering their concepts into groups that are not so complex to locate.<\/p><p>With these functions the great data El prop\u00f3sito que tiene la Cl\u00ednica Mayo es adaptar un c\u00f3digo \u00fanico que permita el acceso a toda la informaci\u00f3n almacenada y, por consiguiente, se requiere aportar ideas como una comunidad unida. De este modo el paciente tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s seguridad al acceder a toda la informaci\u00f3n de su historia cl\u00ednica; debido a que podr\u00e1 consultarla en tiempo real desde cualquier parte del mundo y as\u00ed poder continuar con sus tratamientos. La interoperabilidad permite comunicarse, intercambiar datos y utilizar la informaci\u00f3n entre los diferentes sistemas y\/o software que resguarde dichos elementos para el futuro entrelazarse y analizarse mutuamente. Por ello, es indispensable que los diferentes sistemas de salud puedan transferir de un lado hacia otro a trav\u00e9s de interfaces espec\u00edficas, adaptadas o personalizadas, que estructuren la informaci\u00f3n de manera similar. Para intercambiar la informaci\u00f3n de forma fluida, la Cl\u00ednica Mayo utiliza el protocolo Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) desarrollado por la organizaci\u00f3n internacional Health Level Seven (HL7). Este procedimiento consiste en lograr una uni\u00f3n mediante un lenguaje espec\u00edfico y que los elementos llamados recursos puedan comprenderse de una manera clara y concisa evitando as\u00ed, la ambig\u00fcedad entre los conceptos de salud o, por lo menos, ordenar sus conceptos en grupos que no sean tan complejos de localizar.
