The state government created a questionnaire within its website, which seeks to collect data on people's health status and possible COVID-19 cases in Quintana Roo.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

A questionnaire was enabled within the state government's website for those with COVID-19 symptoms. It is divided into three sections, in the first one, the user must fill out the contact section that includes basic and contact information.<\/p>

The second section of the questions corresponds to the symptoms, which must be marked YES or NO. Symptoms include: fever higher than 38 degrees, cough, sweating, runny nose, diarrhea, etc. The third party asks to fill in some additional data to follow up if necessary.<\/p>

This tool can contribute to track new cases, and is also a call for the people to follow the government recommendations, keeping a good hand hygiene and leave their homes only if it is necessary<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Alejandra Aguilar, head of the Secretariat of Health of the state noted that \"we have designed a tool that will allow us to be monitoring what you have in your home, in your family or in your community. This is a very simple questionnaire; it will allow us to have information about your health.\"<\/p>

In addition, he called on citizens to answer the questions on the platform, explaining that individual actions at times like this will have effects collectively.<\/p>

El Gobierno estatal, cre\u00f3 un cuestionario dentro de su sitio web, el cual busca recolectar datos sobre el estado de salud de la gente y los posibles contagios de COVID-19 en Quintana Roo. Fue habilitado dentro del sitio web del gobierno estatal un cuestionario para aquellas personas que presenten s\u00edntomas de COVID-19. Este se divide en tres secciones, en primera instancia se debe llenar la secci\u00f3n de contacto que incluye informaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y de contacto. La segunda parte del cuestionario corresponde a los s\u00edntomas, entre los que se debe marcar SI o NO. Entre los s\u00edntomas se encuentran los siguientes: fiebre mayor a 38 grados, tos, sudoraci\u00f3n, escurrimiento nasal, diarrea, etc.  La tercera parte pide llenar algunos datos adicionales para dar seguimiento en caso de ser necesario. Esta herramienta puede contribuir a la detecci\u00f3n de nuevos casos y a pedir a la poblaci\u00f3n que siga las recomendaciones del gobierno manteniendo una buena higiene de manos y salir de casa solo en caso de necesidad. Alejandra Aguilar, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud de la entidad se\u00f1alo que \u201chemos dise\u00f1ado una herramienta que nos va a permitir estar monitoreando que tienes t\u00fa en tu casa, en tu familia o en tu comunidad. Se trata de un cuestionario muy sencillo, nos va a permitir tener informaci\u00f3n sobre tu estado de salud\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, hizo un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda a contestar el cuestionario, explicando que las acciones individuales en momentos como este tendr\u00e1n efectos en lo colectivo.
