Thanks to digital health tools such as telemedicine platforms and other information technologies, Germany faces the crisis to continue patient care remotely. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Actions for the implementation of new Digital Health solutions in this country began more than a year ago with the creation of a new legal framework and a health ecosystem suitable for its full exercise.<\/p>

Last year, an expert group was established by the Ministry of Health, that has the priority of accelerating the digitization of services. The director of the Health Innovation Hub, J\u00f6rg Debatin, leads this group of 11 experts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Among the tools in response to the COVID-19 Health Innovation Hub pandemic, it has released a mostly free telemedicine service list, which could be integrated into medical practice without the need for technical knowledge or investing in equipment.<\/p>

One of the innovations is Corona-Bot, an app created by DOCYET a German star-up, that helps patients to know and classify their symptoms to clarify a possible SARS-CoV-2 infection. The app is updated daily following the latest scientific publications and official data provided by the government.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Debatin explained that before the health emergency only a few doctors were interested in new solutions of telemedicine or teleconsulting, therefore in the last few days the number has increased. He also acknowledges the importance of digital platform that ease the doctor-patient interaction, especially in moments like this.<\/p>

He also explained that remote consultations work not only for family doctors, but also for specialists such as psychotherapists and psychologists. In the COVID-19 situation this can represent even the only option for health professionals to maintain contact with their patients.<\/p>

Another advantage of the new Digital Health system is that in times of emergency as we currently live, they function as a perfect communication channel for the spread of reliable and official information for patients and the rest of the population.<\/p>

The picture despite the crisis is encouraging, because two years ago teleconsultations were not legal in Germany, that is why the aim of the initial project was to lift legal framework restrictions. Gracias a herramientas de salud digital, como plataformas de telemedicina y otras tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n, Alemania enfrenta la crisis para continuar la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de pacientes de forma remota. Las acciones para la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas soluciones de Salud Digital en este pa\u00eds comenzaron hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o con la creaci\u00f3n de un nuevo marco legal y un ecosistema de salud adecuado para su ejercicio pleno. El a\u00f1o pasado se estableci\u00f3 un grupo de expertos por el Ministerio de Salud que tiene como prioridad acelerar la digitalizaci\u00f3n de los servicios. J\u00f6rg Debatin, director de Health Innovation Hub, dirige este grupo de 11 expertos. Entre las herramientas en respuesta a la pandemia de COVID-19 Health Innovation Hub, ha hecho p\u00fablico un listado de servicio de telemedicina en su mayor\u00eda gratuitos, que podr\u00edan integrarse a la pr\u00e1ctica m\u00e9dica sin necesidad de conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos previos o invertir en equipo. Una de las innovaciones es el Corona-Bot, una app que cre\u00f3 DOCYET, una start-up alemana, que ayuda a los pacientes a conocer y clasificar sus s\u00edntomas para determinar una posible infecci\u00f3n por SARS-CoV-2. Debatin explica que antes de la emergencia sanitaria, eran pocos los profesionales que mostraban inter\u00e9s en las nuevas soluciones de telemedicina y teleconsultas, sin embargo, en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas el n\u00famero ha ascendido a miles. Adem\u00e1s, reconoci\u00f3 la importancia de las plataformas digitales que facilitan las interacciones m\u00e9dico-pacientes sobre todo en momentos como el actual. Indic\u00f3 que las consultas remotas funcionan, no solo para m\u00e9dicos familiares, sino tambi\u00e9n para especialistas como psicoterapeutas y psic\u00f3logos. En la situaci\u00f3n por el COVID-19 puede representar incluso hasta la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n para los profesionales de la salud de mantener contacto con sus pacientes. Otra de las ventajas de los nuevos sistemas de Salud Digital es que en momentos de emergencia como en el que se vive actualmente, funcionan como un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n perfecto para la propagaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n confiable y oficial a los pacientes y a la poblaci\u00f3n en general. El panorama a pesar de la crisis es alentador, pues hace dos a\u00f1os las teleconsultas no eran legales en Alemania, es por eso que el objetivo del proyecto inicial era levantar las restricciones legales. Con regulaciones claras, los profesionales de la salud podr\u00e1n acceder con mayor facilidad a este tipo de soluciones digitales en el futuro.
