ExpoHospital 2019, held in Santiago de Chile, projects were exhibited in the design and implementation stage with the aim of incentivizing their development and being supported by the country's health systems and services.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In conference, Chile presented its most important advances in Digital Health to be a reference in Latin America in terms of changing paradigms in managing health systems.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/strong>The meeting point of several health specialists was part of the Expo Hospital which also hosted the 9th International Health Meeting in Chile and the 5th Future Health Trends Congress.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The main topics were the challenges that cooperatives and public institutions must face, as a way to stimulate a good exercise of health care and reap successful results with projects that can develop from technological advances.<\/p>

The Digital Health ecosystem expanded with investors who seek to present the design of their projects to test and detect the fields of improvement and configuration to become competitive systems.<\/p>

HL7 FHIR was considered as a starting standard to enable the handling of information generated by both the public and private sectors and that both may have access to and control over that data.<\/p>

What the event presented was the opportunity for entrepreneurs to measure, evaluate and acquire the right tools for their projects needs and, instead of stuck, they can move forward until these needs are completely covered.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Thus, evidence will be generated to support the mission of each digital strategy focused on improving public health services and systems so that in the future they can be taken for the creation of public policies regulated by each government.<\/p>

En el marco de la ExpoHospital 2019, celebrado en Santiago de Chile, se expusieron proyectos en etapa de dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n con el objetivo de incentivar su desarrollo y ser apoyados por los sistemas y servicios de salud del pa\u00eds. Mediante un congreso, Chile present\u00f3 sus avances m\u00e1s notables en materia de Salud Digital para ubicarse como referencia en Am\u00e9rica Latina en cuanto a cambio de paradigmas manejados en los sistemas de salud.  El punto de encuentro de varios especialistas de la salud se enmarc\u00f3 dentro del Expo Hospital que, a su vez, aloj\u00f3 al 9no Encuentro Internacional de Salud en Chile y el 5to Congreso Tendencias Futuras en Salud. Los temas centrales se abordaron desde los retos y desaf\u00edos que las cooperativas e instituciones p\u00fablicas deben enfrentarse, como una forma de estimular un buen ejercicio de la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y cosechar resultados exitosos con los proyectos que puedan germinar de los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos. El ecosistema de Salud Digital se expandi\u00f3 con inversionistas que buscaron presentar el dise\u00f1o de sus proyectos para hacer pruebas y detectar los campos de mejora y configuraci\u00f3n para convertirse en sistemas competitivos. Se consider\u00f3 al HL7 FHIR como est\u00e1ndar de partida para hacer compatible el manejo de la informaci\u00f3n generada tanto por el sector p\u00fablico como el privado y que ambos puedan tener acceso y control sobre esos datos. Lo que el congreso present\u00f3 fue la oportunidad a los emprendedores de medir, evaluar y adquirir las herramientas adecuadas para las necesidades de sus proyectos y, en lugar de estancarse, puedan seguir avanzando hasta quedar completamente cubiertos. As\u00ed, se generar\u00e1 evidencia que respalde la misi\u00f3n de cada estrategia digital enfocada a mejorar los servicios y sistemas de salud p\u00fablica para que en un futuro puedan ser tomadas en cuenta por las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas reguladas por cada gobierno. El Centro Nacional en Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n en Salud (CENS) ser\u00e1 el encargado de dar respaldo a todos los impulsos y esfuerzos que el pa\u00eds busque otorgar al ejercicio del cuidado de la salud.
