Digital Health aims is to set up itself across the country regardless of their location, as it seeks to provide innovation methods that supports the daily care to the total population.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Argentina is transforming its health systems, adapting them to Digital Health together with the innovations imposed by the new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).<\/p>

The National Digital Health Network<\/strong> strategy is focused in the entire region, prioritizing remote areas and small communities.<\/p>

The job done by this strategy has allowed the provinces to have systems that operate in order to improve the quality of the results and each medical data organization, as is the case of the Electronic Medical Record<\/strong>.<\/p>

Through this mechanism, the patient can have all their information gathered as treatments, surgeries, medications and conditions in a single database that will be available digitally on any platform, regardless of the public institution or the date on which it is requested.<\/p>

Another function added was the interoperability with HL7 FHIR standard<\/strong>, which connects health information and all its resources between different platforms to decentralize all data and could be available in any moment.\u00a0<\/p>

For this part, R\u00edo Negro have its own infrastructure that decentralizes the system to produce accurate statistics trough mobile devices and mobile apps, which project any requested data in real time.<\/p>

Another of the provinces that have been benefited from technological advances is Mendoza, whose strategy is to considered Universal Health Coverage (CUS)<\/strong> with the objective of eradicating the digital divide and providing useful information to all people so that they can become active agents of their own treatment.<\/p>

The National Digital Health Network seeks to guarantee the rights of access to public health services, accessible to all citizens, taking care of their privacy and ensuring their well-being.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La Salud Digital tiene como prop\u00f3sito establecerse en todo el pa\u00eds sin importar su ubicaci\u00f3n, ya que busca entregarle a la poblaci\u00f3n total, m\u00e9todos de innovaci\u00f3n que apoyen a su cuidado diario. Argentina est\u00e1 transformando sus sistemas de salud, al adaptarse a la Salud Digital junto a las innovaciones que imponen las nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y Comunicaci\u00f3n (TIC). La estrategia de la Red Nacional de Salud Digital est\u00e1 enfocada a toda la regi\u00f3n, priorizando las zonas alejadas y peque\u00f1as comunidades. El trabajo realizado por esta estrategia les ha permitido a las provincias, contar con sistemas que operan con el fin de mejorar la calidad de los resultados y la organizaci\u00f3n de cada dato m\u00e9dico, como es el caso del Historial Cl\u00ednico Electr\u00f3nico. Mediante este mecanismo, el paciente puede tener reunida toda su informaci\u00f3n como tratamientos, cirug\u00edas, medicamentos y padecimientos en una sola base de datos, disponible digitalmente en cualquier plataforma, sin importar la instituci\u00f3n p\u00fablica ni la fecha en la que se solicite. Otra funci\u00f3n que se a\u00f1adi\u00f3, es la interoperabilidad con el est\u00e1ndar HL7 FHIR, el cual conecta la informaci\u00f3n de salud y todos sus recursos entre distintas plataformas para descentralizar todos los datos y puedan estar disponibles en cualquier momento.  En Chaco, las personas est\u00e1n adscritas en el Registro Nacional de las Personas (RENAPER), portal web que identifica a cada paciente de manera particular y genera un an\u00e1lisis \u00fanico dependiendo de sus caracter\u00edsticas. Por su parte, R\u00edo Negro, cuenta con su propia infraestructura que descentraliza al sistema para poder producir estad\u00edsticas precisas a trav\u00e9s de dispositivos y aplicaciones m\u00f3viles, las cuales proyectan en tiempo real cualquier dato solicitado. Otra de las provincias que se han beneficiado de los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos es Mendoza, cuya estrategia tiene considerada la Cobertura Universal de Salud (CUS) con el objetivo de erradicar la brecha digital y poder dotar de informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil a todas las personas para que puedan convertirse en agentes activos de su propio tratamiento. La Red Nacional de Salud Digital busca garantizar los derechos de acceso a los servicios de salud p\u00fablica, accesible para todo ciudadano, cuidando su privacidad y velando por su bienestar. De esta forma, su pr\u00e1ctica implica un software donde el m\u00e9dico apunta antecedentes, diagn\u00f3sticos o problemas, plan de cuidado, resultados de laboratorio, medicaci\u00f3n y entre otras cosas que conforman un cuadro global acerca de la situaci\u00f3n de salud de cada paciente. As\u00ed, se ingresar\u00e1 a un portal seguro para consultar de forma virtual los pormenores de cada caso cl\u00ednico y con esto, proporcionar confianza para que la calidad de vida de cada persona est\u00e9 resguardada ante cualquier factor de riesgo.
