Mexico begins to speed up its procedures related to medical care through a mobile app that will schedule appointments and consult clinical information without wasting much time.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) is updating its health care systems with the purpose of complying with the guidelines that Digital Health is imposing in Latin America.<\/p>

That is why they launched their own digital mobile application so that registered beneficiaries can access a web portal and can request services such as medical appointments, prescriptions, among others, online.<\/p>

In order to make use of the DIGITAL IMSS, one must only enter one\u2019s CURP and an email to be able to navigate through an accessible software that allows you to perform several procedures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

With this tool, the Mexican public health system seeks to reduce the waiting and transfer times that users currently have to do each time they attend the IMSS. With a single click you can perform the movement that, physically, would take hours.<\/p>

M\u00e9xico comienza a dar velocidad a sus tr\u00e1mites relacionados con la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica mediante una app m\u00f3vil que permitir\u00e1 agendar citas y consultar informaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica sin perder tanto tiempo. El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) est\u00e1 actualizando sus sistemas de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica con el prop\u00f3sito de encuadrarse a los lineamientos que la Salud Digital est\u00e1 imponiendo en Am\u00e9rica Latina. Es por eso que lanz\u00f3 su propia aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil digital para que los derechohabientes registrados puedan acceder a un portal web y puedan solicitar servicios como citas m\u00e9dicas, recetas, entre otros, de manera online. Para poder hacer uso del IMSS DIGITAL, s\u00f3lo debe ingresarse el CURP y un correo electr\u00f3nico con los cuales se podr\u00e1 navegar a trav\u00e9s de un software accesible que permite realizar varios tr\u00e1mites. Por ejemplo, hay tres apartados: Ubica (para identificar la Unidad de Medicina Familiar m\u00e1s cercana), Tramita (consultar n\u00famero de seguro social o realizar modificaciones) y Salud (para agendar citas m\u00e9dicas). Con esta herramienta, el sistema de salud p\u00fablica mexicano busca disminuir los tiempos de espera y traslado que actualmente tienen que hacer los usuarios cada que asisten al IMSS. Con un solo clic se podr\u00e1 realizar el movimiento que, f\u00edsicamente, tardar\u00eda horas. Otra manera de ingresar a IMSS Digital es a trav\u00e9s del portal web www.imss.gob.mx, donde adem\u00e1s se puede acceder a otras casillas donde se brinda informaci\u00f3n en general tanto de salud, prestaciones que se otorga por ley a la derechohabiencia, y c\u00f3mo acceder a ellas.
