With the incursion of new technologies, the Chilean government set out to have public policies that support digital solutions as available methodologies for health systems and services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Law of Digital Transformation of the State, promotes that all the procedures and services are carried out in an electronic and distance format, with the objective of offering results in real time and with greater quality.<\/p>

In addition, any procedure would be carried out with more accessibility and efficiency thanks to the advantages that ICT offers in its unique organization and programming.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/strong>One of the side effects of this initiative has an impact on the creation of a National Digital Archive, which will be responsible for organizing and managing all clinical information registered in public services.<\/p>

Thus, operations related to Digital Health such as treatments, consultations and telemedicine, will be available from any mobile device by simply downloading the corresponding application and having a satisfactory internet network.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The way forward is to maintain interoperability among all public institutions with the aim that they can share and transfer the same information without any obstacle.<\/p>

Currently, in the country, 1,732 procedures have already been digitized, which is equivalent to 49.5% of the total. The Government's goal is to reach 80% by 2021.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Dentro del pa\u00eds andino, las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas juegan un papel importante para disminuir la brecha de desigualdad hacia los sistemas digitales y as\u00ed lograr una cobertura total de las necesidades sociales con la finalidad de proteger su calidad de vida mediante tratamientos y operaciones m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de realizar. Con la incursi\u00f3n de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, el gobierno de Chile se propuso disponer de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que respalden las soluciones digitales como metodolog\u00edas disponibles para los sistemas y servicios de salud. La Ley de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital del Estado, promueve que todos los tr\u00e1mites y servicios se realicen en un formato electr\u00f3nico y a distancia, con el objetivo de ofrecer resultados en tiempo real y con mayor calidad. Adem\u00e1s, cualquier tr\u00e1mite ser\u00eda realizado con m\u00e1s accesibilidad y eficacia gracias a las ventajas que las TIC ofrecen en su organizaci\u00f3n y programaci\u00f3n \u00fanica.  Uno de los efectos colaterales de esta iniciativa repercute en la creaci\u00f3n de un Archivo Nacional Digital, el cual, se encargar\u00e1 de organizar y administrar toda la informaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica registradas en los servicios p\u00fablicos. As\u00ed, las operaciones relacionadas a la Salud Digital como tratamientos, consultas y telemedicina, estar\u00e1n disponibles desde cualquier dispositivo m\u00f3vil con s\u00f3lo descargar la aplicaci\u00f3n correspondiente y contar con una red satisfactoria de internet. El camino a seguir consiste en mantener una interoperabilidad entre todas las instituciones p\u00fablicas con el af\u00e1n de que puedan compartir y transferirse la misma informaci\u00f3n sin ning\u00fan obst\u00e1culo. Actualmente, en el pa\u00eds, ya se han digitalizado 1,732 tr\u00e1mites, lo cual equivale al 49.5% del total. La meta del Gobierno es llegar al 80% hacia 2021.
