In this way, the mobile applications used in portable electronic devices allow the patient to be able to take control of their state of health, their care and constant monitoring without the need to spend time and money by periodically going to the doctor.<\/p>

The software integrated in the apps, allows to obtain data and information of the vital signs, habits, weight, etc. and to provide guides, advice and distance consultations through telemedicine.<\/p>

      1. Remarkable consequence, but without damage: For example, when the application takes too much time to respond and give results.<\/li><\/ol>
        1. Without noticeable consequence: There is no direct condition, the client simply did not like the way it works or the design of the software.<\/li><\/ol>
          1. Dangerous event or circumstance: When there is still no direct damage, but there is a risk of suffering it by providing incomplete information as requested.<\/li><\/ol>

            El Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association, elabor\u00f3 un ensayo donde ubica los retos y posibles fallas a las que est\u00e1n expuestas los sistemas de Salud Digital por medio de sus aplicaciones y software interactivos que proporcionan informaci\u00f3n para el cuidado y monitoreo de la salud de los usuarios. La Salud Digital utiliza las nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y la Comunicaci\u00f3n (TIC) para fortalecer los servicios de salud p\u00fablica y mejorar la calidad de los resultados al ser m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y precisos. De este modo, las aplicaciones m\u00f3viles utilizadas en dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos port\u00e1tiles permiten al paciente poder tomar el control de su estado de salud, su cuidado y monitoreo constante sin la necesidad de gastar tiempo y dinero acudiendo peri\u00f3dicamente al m\u00e9dico. Los software integrados en las apps, permiten arrojar datos e informaci\u00f3n de los signos vitales, de sus h\u00e1bitos, su peso, adem\u00e1s de gu\u00edas, asesor\u00edas, consejos y consultas a distancia a trav\u00e9s de la telemedicina. Es por eso, que la regulaci\u00f3n de est\u00e1s plataformas digitales tienen que pasar por un an\u00e1lisis de dise\u00f1o y calidad que asegure el buen funcionamiento en pro de la comodidad y seguridad del usuario. El siguiente reporte seleccion\u00f3 varias fuentes y muestras de datos para identificar posibles riesgos y consecuencias negativas que podr\u00edan afectar el uso de estos sistemas tales como: Da\u00f1o potencial o real a un consumidor: cuando la informaci\u00f3n pueda proporcionar datos incorrectos que provoquen problemas graves en la salud de la persona. Una secuencia detenida o interrumpida: el usuario puede reconocer las fallas en el funcionamiento del dispositivo y decidir mejor prescindir de \u00e9l.
