In order to meet the needs of people in terms of health services, the Brazilian government supports emerging companies to expand and cover the entire population in order to benefit their quality and lifestyles.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Brazil is the fifth largest country in the world and the largest in Latin America, and therefore, the health services used there must consider a large number of people with different lifestyles and needs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In this sense, startups - emerging companies - can be included within the ecosystem of digital systems that work with Digital Health since, their objective is to improve the quality of the processes and their results.<\/p>

The considerations that have with respect to this topic, is the existing infrastructure in question of telecommunications and connection to Internet network, so that the virtual tools can work and interact remotely with the population that is in remote areas and that can save time of transfer to a public institution.<\/p>

To promote the immersion of startups to the field of new information and communication technologies dedicated to health care, it is necessary to provide the necessary equipment and resources so that they can function in the digital world combined with medical care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The approach would not only be regional, but global, since what may be happening inside a country can also happen anywhere else in the world. Therefore, the infrastructure must be adapted so that the operating systems work connected anywhere in the world and at any time.<\/p>

Con el objetivo de cubrir las necesidades de las personas en cuanto a servicios de salud, el gobierno de Brasil apoya a las empresas emergentes para poder expandirse y cubrir a toda la poblaci\u00f3n con la finalidad de beneficiar su calidad y estilos de vida. Brasil es el quinto pa\u00eds m\u00e1s grande del mundo y el m\u00e1s grande de Am\u00e9rica Latina, y por eso, los servicios de salud que ah\u00ed se emplean deben considerar una gran cantidad de personas con diferentes estilos de vida y necesidades. En este sentido, las startups \u2013empresas emergentes- pueden incluirse dentro  del ecosistema de sistemas digitales que trabajan con la Salud Digital puesto que, su objetivo consiste en mejorar la calidad de los procesos y sus resultados. Las consideraciones que se tienen respecto a este tema, es la infraestructura existente en cuesti\u00f3n de telecomunicaciones y conexi\u00f3n a red de internet, para que las herramientas virtuales puedan funcionar e interactuar a distancia con la poblaci\u00f3n que se encuentra en zonas lejanas y que puedan ahorrarse tiempo de traslado hacia una instituci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Para promover la inmersi\u00f3n de las startups al terreno de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n dedicadas al cuidado de la salud, se requiere dotar de equipamiento y recursos necesarios para que puedan desenvolverse en el mundo digital conjugado con la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Es por eso que el gobierno brasile\u00f1o implement\u00f3 un programa llamado StartOut Brasil. En esta propuesta se pretende apoyar a las startups con discursos que les permitan ganarse la confianza de proveedores y dise\u00f1adores de equipos tecnol\u00f3gicos y comiencen a recibir una inversi\u00f3n. El enfoque no ser\u00eda solo regional, sino mundial, ya que lo que puede estar pasando en el interior de un pa\u00eds, tambi\u00e9n puede acontecer en cualquier otra parte del mundo. Por ello, la infraestructura debe adecuarse para que los sistemas operativos trabajen conectados en cualquier parte del mundo y a cualquier hora. As\u00ed, la inclusi\u00f3n de los sectores tanto p\u00fablicos como privados, podr\u00e1n trabajar en conjunto con plataformas de transacci\u00f3n robusta y aparatos especializados para resolver dificultades en torno a la salud integral de las personas, englobando la detecci\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y tratamiento de enfermedades y afecciones biol\u00f3gicas, sexuales y mentales.
