this investigation, the Pace Up and Pace Lift platforms were used to analyze and collect statistics based on a selected group of people to define the health and well-being situation that is lived daily.<\/p><p>Depending on factors and indicators such as age, sex and clinical history, it was concluded that those with a more sedentary life tend to have the risk of suffering from conditions such as diabetes, fractures, heart attacks or cardiovascular problems.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 La actividad f\u00edsica dentro de la rutina diaria de las personas es un factor que protege su calidad de vida y, por ende, su salud; es por eso que Plos Medicine, realiz\u00f3 un estudio para medir las ventajas de usar pod\u00f3metros que monitoreen la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica de los individuos. Los pod\u00f3metros son dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos port\u00e1tiles que cuentan los pasos realizados en determinado recorrido para medir distancias y rendimiento. En esta investigaci\u00f3n se usaron las plataformas Pace Up y Pace Lift para analizar y recolectar estad\u00edsticas basadas en un grupo seleccionado de personas para definir la situaci\u00f3n de salud y bienestar que se vive diariamente. Dependiendo de factores e indicadores como edad, sexo e historial cl\u00ednico, se lleg\u00f3 a la conclusi\u00f3n que aquellas personas con una vida m\u00e1s sedentaria, tienden a tener el riesgo de sufrir padecimientos como diabetes, fracturas, infartos o problemas cardiovasculares. Esto se debe a que, al no tener un ritmo de actividad que incluya constante movimiento, los procesos biol\u00f3gicos no mantienen una circulaci\u00f3n constante, lo que ocasiona que a la larga el organismo sea m\u00e1s vulnerable a enfermedades. El objetivo de este trabajo es repercutir en la toma de consciencia para que, con los datos y resultados que los pod\u00f3metros brinden, los servicios de salud p\u00fablica y los propios pacientes comiencen a tener una forma de vida m\u00e1s activa por medio de ejercicios y monitoreo constante para prevenir las tasas de morbilidad y mortandad, esto mejorando los h\u00e1bitos de las comunidades de la forma m\u00e1s sencilla y evidenciando los alcances y beneficios que son obtenidos para promover la participaci\u00f3n constante y seguimiento.
