provide real-time solutions, such as scheduling medical appointments from a cell phone.<\/p><p>It also has the objective of making a universal coverage that bridges the access gap and allows all Chilean areas and communities to acquire the benefits of digital health and the new technologies that accompany it.<\/p><p>Now, thanks to the use of apps that are downloaded from the internet to any works to obtain medical attention at a distance and in real time to avoid loss of time in transit. It also have the option to schedule urgent appointments or transfers in advance already assigned.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Digital Clinic and Teledoc: the software allows teleconsultations to be made through video calls via internet. At the end of the medical appointment, a summary of it and a medical prescription are received electronically to be downloaded and delivered to any pharmacy to obtain the indicated medication.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Horalibre: it\u2019s a system that works to find free time in different clinics in the area to obtain a safe place and set aside a consultation; Esta estrategia fue creada con el af\u00e1n de mejorar la calidad en los servicios de salud p\u00fablica de todo Chile mediante funciones innovadoras que brindan en tiempo real soluciones como el agendar citas m\u00e9dicas desde un tel\u00e9fono celular. Tambi\u00e9n tiene el objetivo de realizar una cobertura universal que acore la brecha de acceso y permita a todas las zonas y comunidades chilenas adquirir los beneficios de la salud digital y las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que la acompa\u00f1an. Ahora, gracias al uso de apps que son descargadas desde internet hacia cualquier dispositivo m\u00f3vil, es posible ahorrar tiempo y traslado y poder monitorear el estado de salud por medio de an\u00e1lisis detallados. Las principales aplicaciones que el Hospital Digital ofrece son: Rescare: sirve para obtener atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a distancia y en tiempo real para evitar p\u00e9rdida de tiempo en tr\u00e1nsito. Tambi\u00e9n tiene la opci\u00f3n de programar citas urgentes o traslados con anticipaci\u00f3n ya asignada. Cl\u00ednica Digital y Teledoc: el software permite hacer teleconsultas a trav\u00e9s de videollamadas v\u00eda internet. Al terminar la cita m\u00e9dica, se recibe un resumen de la misma y una receta m\u00e9dica de manera electr\u00f3nica para ser descargada y entregada a cualquier farmacia para obtener el medicamento indicado. Horalibre: es un sistema que funciona para encontrar tiempo libre en distintas cl\u00ednicas de la zona para obtener un lugar seguro y apartar una consulta; el software requiere la informaci\u00f3n de la persona\u2013misma que estar\u00e1 protegida\u2013 para rastrear las instituciones con mayor disponibilidad. De acuerdo con la Secretar\u00eda de Telecomunicaciones de Chile (Subtel), ocho de cada diez accesos a Internet en Chile se realizan a trav\u00e9s de dispositivos m\u00f3viles, representando as\u00ed un 85% del total de conexiones.
