Through a webinar - carried out by RECAINSA - representatives of the IT sector and Digital Health discussed and shared updates on the operation of systems regarding the exchange of information and their amiability to carry out processes in real time and in a safe manner. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Medical information systems are essential for clinical care and research dedicated to promoting projects that attack diseases and threats to people's health.<\/p>

That is why the FHIR HL7, applied in Latin America, tries to generate good practices aimed at synergy and interoperability.<\/p>

What makes these strategies possible are the public policies that offer a broad infrastructure that integrates all compatible systems to exchange clinical information with each other in order to improve their architecture and design.<\/p>

The Electronic Medical Record is an example of the digital transformation in terms of data organization, as it provides confidentiality, security and a quality standard with recurrent training.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In it, all the characteristics of the patient (diseases, treatments, etc.) are recorded to have a real-time control of any data that can be provided to primary care (dedicated to the care of the person) and secondary care (focused on the analysis of cases to obtain statistics that serve for future projects).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The relevant thing will be the strategic alliances that are achieved between hospitals, health centers and pharmacies to identify problems, manage solutions and compile data in a manner that allows its use in any health institution regardless of place or time.<\/p>

That is why the government's agenda will aim to make visible this interoperability between systems that synthesizes the information within a quality standard endorsed to generate transparent results, endowed with their own codes and vocabularies.<\/p>

A trav\u00e9s de un webinar \u2013realizado por RECAINSA\u2013 representantes del sector inform\u00e1tico y Salud Digital discutieron y compartieron actualizaciones sobre el funcionamiento en sistemas respecto al intercambio de informaci\u00f3n y su amabilidad para realizar procesos en tiempo real y de manera protegida. Los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica son fundamentales para la atenci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica y las investigaciones dedicadas a impulsar proyectos que ataquen enfermedades y amenazas para la salud de las personas. Es por eso que el FHIR HL7, aplicado en Am\u00e9rica Latina, intenta generar buenas pr\u00e1cticas encaminadas en la sinergia y en la interoperabilidad. Lo que hace posible estas estrategias, son pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que ofrezcan una infraestructura amplia que integre todos los sistemas compatibles para intercambiar informaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica entre s\u00ed para poder mejorar su arquitectura y dise\u00f1o. La Historia Cl\u00ednica Electr\u00f3nica es un ejemplo de la transformaci\u00f3n digital en cuanto a organizaci\u00f3n de datos, pues aporta confidencialidad, seguridad y un est\u00e1ndar de calidad con capacitaciones recurrentes. En ella, se registran todas las caracter\u00edsticas del paciente (enfermedades, tratamientos, etc.) para tener un control en tiempo real de cualquier dato que pueda aportar a la atenci\u00f3n primaria (dedicada al cuidado de la persona) y la atenci\u00f3n secundaria (centrada en el an\u00e1lisis de casos para sacar estad\u00edsticas que sirvan para futuros proyectos). Lo relevante ser\u00e1n las alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas que se logren concretar entre hospitales, centros de salud y farmacias para identificar problemas, gestionar soluciones y compilar datos en una organizaci\u00f3n que permita su uso en cualquier instituci\u00f3n de salud sin importar el lugar ni la hora. Es por ello que la agenda de los gobiernos tendr\u00e1 como objetivo hacer visible esta interoperabilidad entre sistemas que sintetiza la informaci\u00f3n dentro de un est\u00e1ndar de calidad avalado para generar resultados transparentes, dotados de c\u00f3digos y vocabularios propios. La regulaci\u00f3n de los recursos necesarios para su realizaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 vital y repercutir\u00e1 en cada provincia con dificultad para beneficiarse de este servicio y, por consecuente, reducir la brecha de acceso.
