Zubir\u00e1n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Tapia-Conyer, General Director of the Carlos Slim Foundation, announced the vision of the Foundation regarding the relevance of Digital Health in the definition and implementation of public policies, while highlighting the role that research plays in this whole process.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>From a cycle of public policy, Dr. Tapia Conyer explained the different types of research that support that Digital Health works as an enabler, so that person-centered interventions can be designed based on a 6P methodology:<\/p><ul><li>Proactive, looking for the person wherever they are,<\/li><li>Personalized, from the construction of a risk profile,<\/li><li>Preventive, with the design of an intervention that prevents or delays the onset of a disease<\/li><li>Predictive, using the \u2018omics\u2019 diagnostic methods and artificial intelligence to design algorithms that predict health outcomes<\/li><li>Participatory, to motivate the active involvement of a person in their health care<\/li><li>Permanent, through the continuum of attention<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Intelligence and Big Data that offer accurate diagnoses and interventions in real time without the need to be controlled by a human being; Thus, machines can take their own paths based on previous experience and cases, and with the curatorship of expert personnel, to save resources and time.<\/p><p>To close his participation, Tapia-Conyer explained that the measurement of results would be obtained only within the practice and experience aligned with a verifiable health model that ratifies the final results with transparency and thus, provide security to both the medical staff and the La Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Investigadores de los Institutos Nacionales de Salud y Hospitales de Alta Especialidad (AMIINSHAE), realiz\u00f3 su quinto congreso dentro del Instituto Nacional de Ciencias M\u00e9dicas y Nutrici\u00f3n Salvador Zubir\u00e1n.\u200b Dentro del evento, el doctor Roberto Tapia-Conyer, Director General de la Fundaci\u00f3n Carlos Slim, dio a conocer la visi\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n respecto de la relevancia de la Salud Digital en la definici\u00f3n e implantaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, a la par que resalt\u00f3 el rol que la investigaci\u00f3n juega en todo este proceso. A partir de un ciclo de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica, el Dr. Tapia Conyer explic\u00f3 los distintos tipos de investigaci\u00f3n que apoyan la toma informada de decisiones, y con ello avanzar hacia la cobertura universal de salud. Por otro lado, explic\u00f3 que la Salud Digital funciona como habilitador, de tal suerte que se pueden dise\u00f1ar intervenciones centradas en la persona basadas en una metodolog\u00eda de 6P: Proactiva, buscando a la persona donde quiera que se encuentre, Personalizada, a partir de la construcci\u00f3n de un perfil de riesgos, Preventiva, con el dise\u00f1o de una intervenci\u00f3n que evite o retrase la aparici\u00f3n de una enfermedad Predictiva, utilizando los m\u00e9todos diagn\u00f3sticos \u2018omics\u2019 y la inteligencia artificial para el dise\u00f1o de algoritmos que predigan desenlaces en salud Participativa, para motivar el involucramiento activo de una persona en el cuidado de su salud Permanente, a trav\u00e9s del continuo de la atenci\u00f3n Y es que, los modos de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica han evolucionado hacia procesos centrados en la Inteligencia Artificial y el Big Data que ofrecen diagn\u00f3sticos e intervenciones precisas y en tiempo real sin la necesidad de ser controlados por un ser humano; as\u00ed, las m\u00e1quinas pueden tomar sus propios caminos basados en la experiencia y casos previos, y con la curadur\u00eda de personal experto, para ahorrar recursos y tiempo. Para cerrar su participaci\u00f3n, Tapia-Conyer detall\u00f3 que la medici\u00f3n de resultados se obtendr\u00eda \u00fanicamente dentro de la pr\u00e1ctica y la experiencia alineada a un modelo de salud comprobable que ratifique los resultados finales con transparencia y as\u00ed, brindar seguridad tanto al personal m\u00e9dico como al paciente. Todo este avance generacional que impacta dentro del sector m\u00e9dico deber\u00e1 estar respaldado por un ajuste en la regulaci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que cumplan la funci\u00f3n de llegar a todas las zonas del pa\u00eds y eliminar la brecha de acceso en cuanto a la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.
