Leaders from Uruguay, Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Honduras and Health Ministers of Northeast Argentina (NOA) met to present their progress in the use of multiple tools and aspects of the new digital solutions for health.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

During the Conference, a wide debate and sharing of work experiences in communities was established with the aim of generating a space for study and reflection on the current and future of Integrated Health Services Networks (RISS) in the NOA region.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The forum was chaired by the Deputy Governor of the Argentine province of Santiago del Estero, Jos\u00e9 Emilio Neder; the Minister of Health of Santiago del Estero, Natividad Nassif; the national coordinator of the Networks Program of the Ministry of Health Government, Eric Goyos and provincial authorities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The purpose of discussing and sharing experiences on communities connected in health services was to generate a study and reflection on the current and future of the RISS. This event took place at the Forum convention and exhibition center.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The future objective is to generate, at a regional level, a collaborative community of and for local managers of health services whose members learn from the information and experience that they can share among themselves in a proactively coordinated structure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The idea of achieving this integrated strategy aims to generate the context necessary for all people to have medical care that guarantees quality standards regardless of physical location and\/or socioeconomic status. It\u2019s important to provide free access to comprehensive, adequate, timely and quality services close to your home.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mexico as a reference in the Latin American region, is not far behind in the implementation of digital strategies in the health sector, since the Ministry of Health of Mexico has established the formation of health service networks as a central axis of its Model of Primary Care.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Both the efforts in South America and the one in Mexico show a continental attention to the use of technology as a vehicle to give equality to all the people of the different countries of Latin America in health issues. In the coming years, we\u2019ll begin to see the fruits of these national strategies that seek a better human quality for the total population.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

L\u00edderes de Uruguay, Ecuador, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Brasil, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, Honduras y ministros de Salud del Noreste Argentino (NOA) se reunieron para exponer su progreso en materia de utilizaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples herramientas y aspectos de las nuevas soluciones digitales para la salud. Durante las Jornadas se estableci\u00f3 un amplio debate y puesta en com\u00fan de experiencias de trabajo en comunidades con el objetivo de generar un espacio de estudio y reflexi\u00f3n sobre la actualidad y futuro de las Redes Integradas de Servicios de Salud (RISS) en la regi\u00f3n del NOA. El foro fue presidido por el vicegobernador de la provincia argentina de Santiago del Estero, Jos\u00e9 Emilio Neder; la ministra de Salud de Santiago del Estero, Natividad Nassif; el coordinador nacional del Programa Redes de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno de Salud, Eric Goyos y autoridades provinciales. El fin de debatir y poner en com\u00fan las experiencias sobre comunidades conectadas en servicios de salud era generar un estudio y reflexi\u00f3n sobre la actualidad y el futuro de la RISS. Estas jornadas tuvieron lugar en el centro de convenciones y exposiciones F\u00f3rum. El objetivo a futuro es generar, a nivel regional, una comunidad colaborativa de y para gestores locales de redes de servicios de salud cuyos integrantes se retroalimenten de la informaci\u00f3n y experiencia que entre ellos mismos pueden compartir en una estructura coordinada proactivamente con tal objetivo. La idea de lograr esta estrategia integrada tiene como meta generar el contexto necesario para que todas las personas tengan atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica que garantice est\u00e1ndares de calidad, reduciendo las desigualdades, independientemente de la ubicaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y\/o condici\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica. Es importante proveer acceso gratuito a servicios integrales, adecuados, oportunos y de calidad cercanos a su domicilio. M\u00e9xico como referente de la regi\u00f3n latinoamericana, no se queda atr\u00e1s en cuanto a la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias digitales en el sector salud, pues la Secretar\u00eda de Salud de M\u00e9xico ha establecido la conformaci\u00f3n de redes de servicios de salud como un eje toral de su Modelo de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria. Tanto los esfuerzos en Sudam\u00e9rica como el que se vive en M\u00e9xico demuestran una atenci\u00f3n continental al uso de la tecnolog\u00eda como veh\u00edculo para dar igualdad a todas las personas de los diversos pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina en temas de salud. En los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os se empezar\u00e1n a ver los frutos de estas estrategias nacionales que buscan una mejor calidad humana para el total de la poblaci\u00f3n.
