The National Digital Recipe is a fact for Uruguay, there was a meeting held between all service providers and people responsible for health units to incorporate improvements that optimize its use and continue informing the recommendations within this new tool in Digital Health.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The day covered a series of activities that allowed the use of the platform with hypothetical cases for medical intervention. All people present connected and surfed the interface getting to know all the available options for an adequate implementation of the application.<\/p>

The project is designed to have the history of drugs with updated and timely information to improve their availability (from any authorized pharmacy) and provide security in any procedure that the patients request through their Electronical Medical History.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Dentro del Historial Cl\u00ednico Electr\u00f3nico se podr\u00e1 usar un nuevo mecanismo de control de medicamentos para mejorar la calidad de los tratamientos, a fin de combatir enfermedades y beneficiar al estilo de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n. La Receta Digital Nacional ya es un hecho para Uruguay y, para seguir incorporando mejoras que optimicen su uso, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una sesi\u00f3n entre todos los prestadores de servicios y responsables de unidades de salud para seguir informando de los pormenores y recomendaciones dentro de la adopci\u00f3n de esta nueva herramienta de la Salud Digital. La jornada abarc\u00f3 una serie de actividades que permitieron poner en pr\u00e1ctica la plataforma digital con casos hipot\u00e9ticos de intervenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica; los presentes se conectaron a ella y navegaron por la interfaz y todas las opciones para emular una adecuada implementaci\u00f3n de la aplicaci\u00f3n. El proyecto est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para disponer del historial de f\u00e1rmacos con informaci\u00f3n actualizada y oportuna, mejorar la accesibilidad al medicamento (desde cualquier farmacia autorizada) y aportar seguridad en cualquier tr\u00e1mite que el paciente solicite en l\u00ednea a trav\u00e9s de su Historial Cl\u00ednico Electr\u00f3nico. Esta manera de controlar las recetas para los tratamientos de enfermedades se inclina al objetivo principal del Ministerio de Salud que conlleva a \u201cfavorecer estilos de vida, entornos saludables y disminuir factores de riesgo\u201d.El monitoreo eficaz de las prescripciones redundar\u00e1 en una mejor pr\u00e1ctica en temas relacionados como la legibilidad de la letra, su autorizaci\u00f3n y su complejidad con el af\u00e1n de disminuir los errores que la forma escrita com\u00fanmente pueden tener, adem\u00e1s de apoyar los controles de inventario de aquellos medicamento que requieren receta m\u00e9dica, y de favorecer el uso de la informaci\u00f3n para proyectar, mediante m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos robustos, la demanda de medicamentos por unidad de salud, regi\u00f3n y a nivel nacional. Se espera que la Receta Digital alcance, primero, a las unidades de salud locales para luego expandirse a todos los hospitales del pa\u00eds uruguayo con la insignia de \u201ccontribuir a mejorar la calidad asistencial en todo el pa\u00eds; creando herramientas, instrumentos y plataformas que generen el contexto adecuado para contar con prescripci\u00f3n y dispensaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de medicaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional\u201d.En total, se dispensar\u00e1 a todos los beneficiarios del Sistema Nacional Integrado de Salud (SNIS), junto a farmacias institucionales, comunitarias y rurales.
