In this one, topics relevant to the Chilean Chapter of HL7 (Health Level Seven), Non-Profit Standards Development Organization, dedicated to the development of health information standards were discussed, and the following topics related to the digitalization of the world were addressed of digital health:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Governance:<\/strong>the group in charge of C\u00e9sar Galindo (deputy director of Interoperability of the CENS and academic of the University of Valpara\u00edso) had the task of entering the review and analysis of terms of reference, and identification of candidates for the HL7 Council in Chile.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Value Offer:<\/strong>under the tutelage of Sergio Gu\u00ed\u00f1ez (director of Interoperability of the CENS and academic of the University of Talca) an interesting proposal for training, certification and advice on standards was developed, under which it should be counted as a reference for all systematic adaptations when using technological alternatives in the health sector.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Sustainability:<\/strong> Camilo Erazo (general manager of the CENS) was in charge of this group, whose task was to provide an estimate of operating costs, and proposed membership prices.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-e79243a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no wpr-equal-height-no\" data-id=\"e79243a\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-c918f50\" data-id=\"c918f50\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66cfcfa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66cfcfa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>From the development of the day, the first lines of action could be specified for the Chilean chapter of HL7 as follows:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Offer the required stability and organize the robust community around it.<\/li><li>Be able to exercise greater dissemination of interoperability standards through access to official materials, courses and certifications, and thereby develop appropriate adaptations and translations of the documents, standards and materials used in Chile.<\/li><li>Coordinate national efforts and participate in the development processes of standards, to enhance the implementation of interoperable health information systems.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bffd536 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bffd536\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The objective is that the results of the exercise are reflected in the local regulations and applications of technology. Regardless of their academic preparation, all citizens attending the open call of the Government, managed to be part of the different activities offered by each initiative. El pasado 11 de julio del presente a\u00f1o, el Centro Nacional en Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n en Salud (CENS), organiz\u00f3 una jornada abierta de trabajo en la que participaron actores del \u00e1mbito p\u00fablico y privado. En \u00e9ste, se tocaron temas relevantes para el Cap\u00edtulo chileno de HL7 (Health Level Seven), Organizaci\u00f3n de Desarrollo de Est\u00e1ndares sin fines de lucro, dedicada al desarrollo de est\u00e1ndares inform\u00e1ticos en salud, y se abordaron los siguientes temas referentes a la digitalizaci\u00f3n del mundo de la salud digital: Gobernanza:el&nbsp;grupo&nbsp;a cargo de C\u00e9sar Galindo (subdirector de Interoperabilidad del CENS y acad\u00e9mico de la Universidad de Valpara\u00edso) tuvo la tarea de adentrarse en la revisi\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de t\u00e9rminos de referencia, e identificaci\u00f3n de candidatos para Consejo del HL7 en Chile. Oferta de Valor:bajo la tutela de Sergio Gu\u00ed\u00f1ez (director de Interoperabilidad del CENS y acad\u00e9mico de la Universidad de Talca) se&nbsp;elabor\u00f3 una propuesta interesante de capacitaci\u00f3n, certificaci\u00f3n y asesor\u00eda en est\u00e1ndares, bajo los cuales se debe contar como referente para todas las adaptaciones sistem\u00e1ticas al emplear alternativas tecnol\u00f3gicas en el sector salud. Sustentabilidad: Camilo Erazo (gerente general del CENS) fue el encargado de este grupo, cuya tarea consisti\u00f3 en proporcionar un estimado de los costos de operaci\u00f3n, y propuesta de precio de membres\u00edas. Del desarrollo de la jornada, se pudieron concretar las primeras l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n para el cap\u00edtulo chileno de HL7: Ofrecer la estabilidad requerida y organizar a la comunidad robusta en torno al mismo. Poder ejercer una mayor difusi\u00f3n de los est\u00e1ndares de interoperabilidad por medio del acceso a materiales, cursos y certificaciones oficiales, y con ello, desarrollar las adaptaciones y traducciones apropiadas de los documentos, normas y materiales que se utilicen en Chile. Coordinar esfuerzos nacionales y participar en los procesos de desarrollo de los est\u00e1ndares, para potenciar la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas de informaci\u00f3n en salud interoperables. El objetivo es que los resultados del ejercicio se vean reflejados en las regulaciones y aplicaciones locales de tecnolog\u00eda.&nbsp; Sin importar su preparaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, todos los ciudadanos asistentes a la convocatoria abierta del Gobierno, lograron formar parte de las distintas actividades ofertadas por cada iniciativa. Adem\u00e1s, de probar sus habilidades en distintas \u00e1reas, que pueden afectarlos directamente en un futuro cercano como profesionales del sector salud, el cual, hoy en d\u00eda se enfrenta a grandes cambios digitales.
