Officials from the Provincial Health System of Tucum\u00e1n (Siprosa), met with the Ministry of Public Health and TeleHealth coordinators, to advance in the programming of the International Congress of Telemedicine, of which the province of Tucum\u00e1n will host.<\/p>

Luis Rocha, general director of Medical Technology at Siprosa, explained that the congress will address topics on telemedicine, medical technologies and will include the participation of international and national panelists. The objective of the event is also to show the advances in telehealth in Argentina in recent years.<\/p>

On the other hand, the provincial coordinator of TeleSalud, Mar\u00eda Eugenia L\u00f3pez, explained the current and future plans in telemedicine: \u201cThe idea is to work on the development of care for future emergencies. Telemedicine has been developed for more than 20 years in the country, although its use was enhanced with the appearance of the pandemic, today all the development that was implemented from the Ministry of Health, leads to continue using this resource applied to other areas and it is something that happened in different parts of the country.\u201d<\/p>

Autoridades y organismos sanitarios de la provincia de Tucum\u00e1n se encuentran trabajando en la programaci\u00f3n del Congreso Internacional de Telemedicina 2023. Funcionarios del Sistema Provincial de Salud de Tucum\u00e1n (Siprosa), se reunieron con el Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y coordinadores de TeleSalud, para avanzar en la programaci\u00f3n del Congreso Internacional de Telemedicina, del cual la provincia de Tucum\u00e1n ser\u00e1 sede. Luis Rocha, director general de Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica del Siprosa explic\u00f3 que el congreso va a abordar tem\u00e1ticas sobre telemedicina, tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e9dicas y contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de panelistas internacionales y nacionales. El objetivo del evento tambi\u00e9n es mostrar los avances en telesalud en Argentina durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. El Hospital de la Fundaci\u00f3n Garrahan, uno de los centros m\u00e9dicos l\u00edderes y especializados en Telemedicina m\u00e1s importantes de Argentina, ser\u00e1 participe del evento, exponiendo el \u00e9xito en la implementaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de la telemedicina en el pa\u00eds, a trav\u00e9s de sus diversos proyectos. En el caso espec\u00edfico de la provincia de Tucum\u00e1n, durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ha ampliado y desarrollado el uso de nuevas herramientas para la telemedicina y otras tecnolog\u00edas asistenciales. \u201cEsto nos da la oportunidad de contarle al pa\u00eds y al mundo lo que estamos haciendo y c\u00f3mo lo hacemos. Aprendemos juntos y compartimos los desarrollos, estamos receptivos a todos los aportes que nos puedan hacer los centros de mayor complejidad del mundo que esperamos nos acompa\u00f1en en este evento internacional que nos sumar\u00e1 prestigio a nivel provincial y nacional\u201d, explic\u00f3 Rocha. Por otra parte, la coordinadora provincial de TeleSalud, Mar\u00eda Eugenia L\u00f3pez, explic\u00f3 los planes actuales y a futuro en telemedicina: \u201cLa idea es trabajar en el desarrollo de la atenci\u00f3n de futuras emergencias. La telemedicina tiene un desarrollo de m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os en el pa\u00eds, si bien su uso se vio potenciado con la aparici\u00f3n de la pandemia, hoy todo el desarrollo que se implement\u00f3 desde el Ministerio de Salud, lleva a seguir usando este recurso aplicado a otras \u00e1reas y es algo que sucedi\u00f3 en diferentes puntos del pa\u00eds\u201d. Por ello, refiri\u00f3 es importante que en el congreso participen y asistan los actores involucrados no solo para impulsar estrategias desde el sistema de salud sino para promover la legislaci\u00f3n de estos proyectos y que tengan su marco de legalidad correspondiente. \u201cSomos un pa\u00eds federal y nuestro sistema de salud es federal, bajo ese concepto es fundamental que este tipo de Salud donde se aplica la tecnolog\u00eda, se encuentre al alcance de toda la poblaci\u00f3n, no solo del \u00e1rea c\u00e9ntrica, donde se cuenta con m\u00e1s posibilidades a nivel tecnol\u00f3gico, sino tambi\u00e9n trasladar esto al interior y que desde el primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n se pueda acceder a su uso\u201d, concluy\u00f3 L\u00f3pez.
