The Ministry of Public Health of the province of Misiones has worked in recent years to strengthen the health system, incorporating an intercultural approach.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Directorate of Community Programs for Primary Health Care, Techa\u00ee Mbya Indigenous Health of the Undersecretariat for Primary Care and Environmental Health, are the bodies in charge of carrying out this project. Since March 2021, the health strategy with an intercultural approach began to take shape, especially to serve indigenous groups.\u00a0<\/p>

To this end, the Directorate of Indigenous Health, the Maternal Neonatal Hospital, in cooperation with Unicef Argentina, published the "Guide for the implementation of safe motherhood with an intercultural approach" and the "Paternal, Ser y Estar Guide: Active and Responsible Paternity". In this way, 27 indigenous health teams in the province of Misiones serve this population group in a timely manner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The intercultural strategy achieved the creation of quality nodes so that the implementation of a telehealth program in the Mbya Guarani communities was possible. The telehealth project continues to develop and will focus on the cardiovascular health of the Mbya communities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Through the Tele Cardio Network, the aim is to carry out coordinated work with federal programs that promote Digital Health and Telehealth, such as Sumar, Redes and Proteger. For this, the installation of the necessary equipment of digital electrocardiographs has begun in the Primary Care Centers that are part of the network.<\/p>

In this way, after the studies are carried out, patients could receive medical attention through consultations with trained professionals. Initially, the project covers six Primary Care Centers, whose professionals will be trained in the use of digital equipment and telehealth platforms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica de la provincia de Misiones ha trabajado los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en el fortalecimiento del sistema sanitario, incorporando un enfoque intercultural. La Direcci\u00f3n de Programas Comunitarios de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de Salud, Salud Ind\u00edgena Techa\u00ee Mbya de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria y Salud Ambiental, son las instancias encargadas de llevar a cabo este proyecto. Desde marzo de 2021, se comenz\u00f3 a gestar la estrategia de salud con enfoque intercultural, especialmente para atender a grupos ind\u00edgenas.  Para ello la Direcci\u00f3n de Salud Ind\u00edgena, el Hospital Materno Neonatal, en cooperaci\u00f3n con Unicef Argentina publicaron la \u201cGu\u00eda para la implementaci\u00f3n de una maternidad segura con enfoque intercultural\u201d y la \u201cGu\u00eda paternar, ser y estar: Paternidad activa y responsable\u201d. De esta forma 27 equipos de salud ind\u00edgena en la provincia de misiones atienden a este grupo poblacional de manera oportuna. La estrategia intercultural logr\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de nodos de calidad para que fuera posible la implementaci\u00f3n de un programa de telesalud en las comunidades mbya guaran\u00ed. El proyecto de telesalud se contin\u00faa gestando y va a enfocarse en la salud cardiovascular de las comunidades mbya. A trav\u00e9s de la Red Tele Cardio, se busca realizar un trabajo coordinado con programas federales que impulsan la Salud Digital y la Telesalud, como lo son Sumar, Redes y Proteger. Para ello se ha comenzado la instalaci\u00f3n del equipo necesario de electrocardi\u00f3grafos digitales en los Centros de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria que forman parte de la red. De esta forma, luego de que se realicen los estudios, los pacientes podr\u00edan recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica por medio de interconsultas con profesionales capacitados. De manera inicial el proyecto abarca seis Centros de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria, cuyos profesionales ser\u00e1n capacitados en el uso de los equipos digitales y de las plataformas de telesalud.
