The new platform is incorporated into the comprehensive mental health program and the Digital Health strategy that has been implemented nationwide. The Remote Mental Health strategy will benefit the officials of the public health network. In this way they will be able to access exclusive and quality psychological care, from any location.<\/p>

The platform receives phone calls or video calls made by mobile phones and the attention will be provided by the Mental Health cell of the Digital Hospital. The Undersecretary of Assistance Networks, Fernando Araos explained that \u201csince we arrived in March, we have detected a really important problem that is related to the mental health of workers. We know that this has been increasing as a result of the pandemic and the strenuous work they have had to do in the last two years, both in primary care and in hospital establishments. \u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition, he explained that the undersecretary has the responsibility to take charge of the strategies that take care of the mental health of health workers and to facilitate access to this type of service.<\/p>

The strategy cannot be understood without the support of the Digital Hospital, since it will provide psychological care from Monday to Sunday available to any health worker who needs it.<\/p>

On the other hand, Ricardo Ru\u00edz, president of the Unitary Fenats, explained that this process represents \u201ca historical claim not only to serve users, but also to be served. Subsecretar\u00eda de Redes Asistenciales del Ministerio de Salud de Chile lanz\u00f3 el programa integral de Salud Mental remota para funcionarios de la red p\u00fablica de Salud. La nueva plataforma se incorpora al programa integral de salud mental y a la estrategia de Salud Digital que ha sido implementada a nivel nacional. La estrategia de Salud Mental Remota beneficiar\u00e1 a los funcionarios y funcionarias de la red p\u00fablica de salud. De esta forma podr\u00e1n acceder a atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica exclusiva y de calidad, desde cualquier ubicaci\u00f3n. La plataforma recibe llamadas telef\u00f3nicas o videollamadas realizadas por tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles y las atenciones ser\u00e1n brindadas por la c\u00e9lula de Salud Mental del Hospital Digital. El subsecretario de Redes Asistenciales, Fernando Araos explic\u00f3 que \u201cdesde que llegamos en marzo, hemos detectado una problem\u00e1tica realmente importante que dice relaci\u00f3n con la salud mental de las y los trabajadores. Sabemos que esto ha ido en aumento producto de la pandemia y de la extenuante labor que han tenido que realizar en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, tanto en la atenci\u00f3n primaria como en los establecimientos hospitalarios\u201d.   Adem\u00e1s, explic\u00f3 que la subsecretaria tiene la responsabilidad de hacerse cargo de las estrategias que cuiden de la salud mental de las y los trabajadores de la salud y de facilitar el acceso a este tipo de servicios. La estrategia no puede entenderse sin el apoyo del Hospital Digital, al ya que brindar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica de lunes a domingo disponible para cualquier trabajador de salud que lo necesite. Por otra parte, Ricardo Ru\u00edz, presidente de la Fenats Unitaria, explic\u00f3 que este proceso representa \u201cuna reivindicaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica no solo de atender a los usuarios, sino que el ser atendidos tambi\u00e9n nosotros. Creo que el gesto del Ministerio y la fortaleza de los gremios ha permitido que esta reivindicaci\u00f3n se vea plasmando en realidad y convocamos a todos los trabajadores del pa\u00eds a tener confianza en esta plataforma\u201d.
