Deputies of the Provincial Legislature of La Pampa approved the regulation of the Provincial System of Single Digital Clinical History and the Telemedicine System.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Provincial System of Unique Digital Clinical History seeks that health professionals in the province register the activities and medical actions of each patient. In this way it will be possible to consult the data of any patient in real time from anywhere in the province of La Pampa<\/a>. Likewise, it promotes the decentralization of medical information, and makes the exchange of data between professionals more effective.<\/p>

Provincial health minister Mario Kohan explained that the Single Digital Clinical Record is a tool that changes the system and expands the different levels of accessibility, such as access to studies such as tomography, electrocardiograms or patient laboratory analysis. On the other hand, in terms of telemedicine, this law is extremely important, especially in a province like La Pampa, which has a large land area and a low population density of 2.2 inhabitants per km2, while in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, for example, is more than 14 thousand inhabitants per km2. Long distances make it difficult to obtain assistance and medical care in the province, which is why telemedicine will be an important asset for access to health services.<\/p>

\u201cThis means caring for, stabilizing the patient in an acute event in the place where said event occurs, and not having to move him kilometers to solve it, when that can cost him his life, or generate severe sequelae that can be avoided through this strategy. \u201d, explained the minister.<\/p>

Diputados de la Legislatura Provincial de La Pampa aprobaron la regulaci\u00f3n del Sistema Provincial de Historia Cl\u00ednica Digital \u00danica y el Sistema de Telemedicina. El Sistema Provincial de Historia Cl\u00ednica Digital \u00danica busca que los profesionales de la salud en la provincia registren las actividades y acciones m\u00e9dicas de cada paciente. De esta forma serpa posible consultar los datos de cualquier paciente en tiempo real desde cualquier lugar de la provincia de La Pampa. Asimismo, promueve la descentralizaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, y hace m\u00e1s efectivo el intercambio de datos entre profesionales. El ministro de salud de la provincia Mario Kohan explic\u00f3 que la Historia Cl\u00ednica Digital \u00danica, es una herramienta que cambia el sistema y amplia los diferentes niveles de accesibilidad, como acceso a estudios como tomograf\u00edas, electrocardiogramas o an\u00e1lisis de laboratorio del paciente.  Adem\u00e1s, consider\u00f3 que la aprobaci\u00f3n de esta ley promueve la inclusi\u00f3n y ampl\u00eda los derechos de acceso a la salud. \u201cConcentramos la informaci\u00f3n de todo el territorio provincial, entonces, para dar un ejemplo, a fin de a\u00f1o podemos ver cu\u00e1ntos hipertensos asistimos durante todo este a\u00f1o, el conocer esta informaci\u00f3n nos permite elaborar estrategias que disminuyan las complicaciones por padecer esa enfermedad\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el ministro. \u201cUna cosa es imaginar y otra tener el dato concreto, y eso lo permite la historia cl\u00ednica digital, entonces, el Gobierno puede anticiparse y hacer promoci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n en ciertas localidades o regiones\u201d, coment\u00f3. Por otra parte, en cuanto a la telemedicina, esta ley es de suma importancia, sobre todo en una provincia como La Pampa, que cuenta con una gran extensi\u00f3n territorial y una baja densidad de poblaci\u00f3n de 2.2 habitantes por km2, mientras en la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires por ejemplo es de m\u00e1s de 14 mil habitantes por km2. Las largas distancias dificultan la obtenci\u00f3n de asistencia y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en la provincia, por ello la telemedicina ser\u00e1 un activo importante para el acceso a los servicios de salud. \u201cEsto significa atender, estabilizar al paciente en un evento agudo en el lugar que ocurre dicho evento, y no tener que trasladarlo kil\u00f3metros para resolverlo, cuando eso le puede costar la vida, o genera secuelas severas que pueden ser evitadas a trav\u00e9s de esta estrategia\u201d, explic\u00f3 el ministro. As\u00ed, la regulaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de la telemedicina en la provincia promete realizar diagn\u00f3sticos m\u00e9dicos a distancia y lograr salvar vidas gracias al apoyo de las tecnolog\u00edas digitales de comunicaci\u00f3n a distancia.
