In this sense, it is a serious public health problem worldwide, which requires the extension of tools that favor its diagnosis and monitoring through blood pressure measurement.<\/p><p>Because hypertension often has no symptoms, early detection is challenging. This method requires the subject to place their finger on the phone&#039;s camera with the LED light on, in this way the images are extracted from the video and the average brightness of the pixels in three color channels, red, green and blue, is evaluated.<\/p><p>On the other hand, the facial video recording method requires a recording of its determined time of the patient&#039;s face, and in the same way each frame is divided among the three color channels, and the hemoglobin concentration signals are extracted.<\/p><p>The signal construction approach of phonocardiogram and seismocardiogram is carried out through recordings of sounds and vibrations of the heart. El estudio \u201cMedici\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n arterial usando solo un tel\u00e9fono inteligente\u201d, presenta una revisi\u00f3n de art\u00edculos publicados desde noviembre 2011 a noviembre 2021 donde se analizan diversos enfoques que utilizan tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes para la estimaci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n arterial. En dicho periodo de tiempo se identificaron 333 art\u00edculos publicados de los cuales los autores seleccionaron 25 art\u00edculos relevantes. Los art\u00edculos incluyeron enfoques como t\u00e9cnicas de procesamiento de se\u00f1ales, caracter\u00edsticas extra\u00eddas de se\u00f1ales construidas o algoritmos para estimar la presi\u00f3n arterial. De hecho 23 art\u00edculos proponen un enfoque que requiere contacto directo entre el sensor y el paciente y otros dos art\u00edculos proponen un m\u00e9todo de medici\u00f3n sin contacto, basado en videos faciales. Uno de los m\u00e9todos de contacto directo es la construcci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales a trav\u00e9s de una grabaci\u00f3n de video de un dedo. Este m\u00e9todo requiere que el sujeto coloque su dedo en la c\u00e1mara del tel\u00e9fono con la luz led encendida, de esta forma se extraen las im\u00e1genes del video y se eval\u00faa el brillo medio de los pixeles en tres canales de color, rojo verde y azul Por otra parte, el m\u00e9todo de grabaci\u00f3n de video facial, requiere una grabaci\u00f3n de su tiempo determinado del rostro del paciente, y de igual forma se divide cada cuadro entre los tres canales de color, y se extraen las se\u00f1ales de concentraci\u00f3n de hemoglobina. El enfoque de construcci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al de fono cardiograma y sismo cardiograma se realiza a trav\u00e9s de registros de sonidos y vibraciones del coraz\u00f3n.
