Minsa's strategy is to standardize the provision of mental health services by telemedicine, which is why it has incorporated 29 Community Mental Health Centers (CSMC) into the National Telehealth Network (RNT). Likewise, they incorporated 23 Health Service Provider Institutions (Ipress) in 12 regions of the regional health directorates of South Lima.<\/p>

The RNT is a set of public, private and mixed health establishments that offer remote health services through information technologies. In this sense, the Telemedicine Department will be able to collaborate with the new added centers for the articulation of a network of mental health services, the first level establishment, mental health hospitalization units and specialized services in addictions, sheltered homes, among others. .<\/p>

The General Directorate of Telehealth, Reference and Emergencies (Digtel), informed that the 52 Ipress that will now be part of the RNT, will have the quality to improve their capacities in the work of their policies related to the digital agenda and the management of technologies .<\/p>

This strategy becomes more important after the pandemic, the demand for mental health services grew exponentially and telemedicine has been implemented in various public health strategies. In addition, these types of services have been well received by the population.<\/p>

Of the 52 Ipress, 12 belong to Piura, ten to Hu\u00e1nuco and seven to Puno, four to Jun\u00edn, three to Cusco, two to Apur\u00edmac, Huancavelica, La Libertad, Amazonas, Lima Diris Sur, and one to Arequipa and Ucayali.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El Ministerio de Salud de Per\u00fa (Minsa), anunci\u00f3 una estrategia para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n integral en salud mental. La estrategia del Minsa, es la estandarizaci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de salud mental por telemedicina, por ello ha incorporado 29 Centro de Salud Mental Comunitaria (CSMC) a la Red Nacional de Telesalud (RNT). Asimismo, incorporaron 23 Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de salud (Ipress) en 12 regiones de las dirigencias regionales de salud de Lima Sur. La RNT, es un conjunto de establecimiento de salud p\u00fablicos, privados y mixtos que ofrecen servicios de salud remota a trav\u00e9s de tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n. De esta forma los Centro de Primer nivel de atenci\u00f3n pueden comunicarse con hospitales e instituciones especializados para lograr la atenci\u00f3n oportuna en los servicios m\u00e9dicos. En este sentido, la Direcci\u00f3n de Telemedicina podr\u00e1 colaborar con los nuevos centros a\u00f1adidos para la articulaci\u00f3n de una red de servicios de salud mental, el establecimiento de primer nivel, unidades de hospitalizaci\u00f3n en salud mental y servicios especializados en adicciones, hogares protegidos, entre otros. La Direcci\u00f3n General de Telesalud, Referencia y Urgencias (Digtel), inform\u00f3 que los 52 Ipress que ahora formar\u00e1n parte de la RNT, tendr\u00e1n la calidad de mejorar sus capacidades en el trabajo de sus pol\u00edticas relacionadas con la agenda digital y el manejo de las tecnolog\u00edas. Esta estrategia, toma mayor importancia luego de que tras la pandemia, la demanda de servicios de salud mental creci\u00f3 exponencialmente y la telemedicina se ha implementado en diversas estrategias de salud p\u00fablica. Adem\u00e1s, este tipo de servicios han sido bien recibidos por la poblaci\u00f3n.
